Answer:	We were able to fit it through a 14" opening by tilting it and then sliding it through. We had the take one of the windows out and then put the window back in after installing it. How easy is it to instal all comes down to the window. We had to modify and change a few things when installing it to make it work for a low profile attic window.

Answer:	K670 is our latest USB condenser microphone, which is a new update compared to K669B mic. K669B and K670 are all cardioid pick-up pattern, and they all have on-body volume knob. But K669B hasn't a large diaphragm and 3.5mm headphone jack like K670. A large diaphragm(16mm) will deliver a slightly fuller,round and potentially warmer sound, so this mic is perfect for recording.

Answer:	No it will not. It can only transfer data. This isn't a limitation of The cable, but actually in Windows. You can certainly copy the Tax software's folder, but because of the way Windows handles programs (dll files, registry entries, etc) it wont actually run on a different computer. You should copy the database file for the Tax program and try and import that into a fresh install.

Answer:	It should work with any USB connection. I've used mine on my custom built tower which has USB 3.0 ports and my Sony Vaio laptop in both the 2.0 and 3.0 ports.

Answer:	The length of the cable is 8" from the end of the hub to the end of the usb plug. I think some of the confusion comes from the multiple device listings on the same page. I believe the one I bought had a promo code and was the base model. That one comes as the hub alone. If you look closely, the other ones are listed with a 3 foot USB extension cable. It all depends what you are looking for. In my case I didn't need the extra 3' of cable laying on my desk. It worked fine for my older laptop with one USB 3.0 plug. Mine did not lose connection however as another customer had experienced. Hope this helps you out there and sorry for the delay in answering.
