Long Service Life

The Fluid Dynamic Bearing comes with an oil capsule that avoids lubricant leakage. Thus this bearing is as quiet as a sleeve bearing but comes with a significantly higher service life.

Perfect Case Fan Regulation with PWM

The PWM function allows the motherboard to run the fan precisely at its necessary speed. This guarantees the required cooling and minimizes the noise level.

PWM Sharing Technology (PST) Lowers Noise

If you want to improve the cooling efficiency of your computer you get several case fans working in parallel (since it takes 10 fans to double the noise level). But what does it help if they don't work together? The PST assures that all of your fans listen to one control signal. E.g. you share the CPU Cooler's PWM signal and assure that your case fans stand down at low load and spin up whenever necessary.

Two Way Installation

Blow warm air out of the case, draw cool air into your case.

User questions & answers

Question: The description says 140mm, but the name of the product and the box details pictured say 120mm, is it 120mm or 140mm
Answer: The F12s are 120 mm and the F14s are 140mm. Same with the P12s and P14s Not sure why amazon globs them all together to confuse everything. If you want the specs, check the back of the box on the product images. In the charts, amazon has the 140 mm specs listed for the 120 mm fans (i.e., the chart shows the Arctic BioniX F120 is 104 CFM, but that's the number for the BioniX F140. The F120 is actually 69 CFM according to the box.
Question: Can I place this on the esports cpu
Answer: Probably you just need somewhere to mount it and somewhere to plug the power cable into your motherboard. If you look at a schematic of your board you can probably find where the plugs for the fan are and if you don't have enough on the board you can get a splitter so you can plug 2 fans on 1 fan power plug (if that makes any sense).
Question: Can these be used as 4 pin fans
Answer: Yes, these are 4 pin PWM fans that plug into a 4 pin header on a motherboard. These and all other 3-Phase fans sound more pleasant than regular PWM fans.
Question: How do these compare to the noctua nf-s12b redux-1200 case fans for high airflow
Answer: Per the specs of the Arctic Spinning at a full 1800 RPM it is rated to move 117 m³ of air per hour for 13.99$, whereas the NF-S12B redux-1200 PWM moves 100.6 m³ of air per hour 13.95. The arctic fan is around 20 decibels (if you convert .5 sone) and the Noctua is 18.1 decibels. Depending on if you value the extra quiet, or want maximum airflow, those seem to be the seperating points not necessarily on price, but looks are definitely better on the Arctic as well.

Product features

Maximum Quietness, Minimum Vibration

Extremely quiet operation through a specially developed motor ensures long sessions without annoying noise. ARCTIC's motor of the BioniX Fans eliminates vibrations directly at its source, in particular at the motor. Thus, there is no need for rubber spacers due to the steady torque and smoother switching of the magnet field.

200 to 1800 RPM

With a wide range of regulation and the PWM Sharing Technology (PST), the BioniX F120 fan speed can be controlled synchronously with all your other fans together and thus keep the noise at a minimum.

Optimised Fan Design

We further optimised the fan blade design to get a higher airflow at lower noise generation. This guarantees high pressure and highly efficient ventilation for your gaming case.

Enhanced Bearing

Due to a unique technology developed in Germany, the friction within the bearing is reduced and a greater efficiency is achieved. This way, there is less heat development as well as less bearing noise and you can enjoy a longer service life of your cooler.

User questions & answers

Question: The p140 is too much because it is not shipped and sold by amazon, like the p120 is. when will you get the p140 shipped and sold from amazon
Answer: Try NewEgg or FrozenCpu to buy. These are finest fans for money IMHO! Cheers
Question: What size screws are included. I want to mount on my radiator
Answer: Only include bright Chrome colored short screws... You would need to use / buy longer screws included with your brand radiator..... Also they would be fine thread as opposed to standard fan to chassis "coarse thread" screws! These are powerful high quality fans for radiator, by the way.
Question: Does this work for to swap fans from the arctic liquid cooler
Answer: If you mean the Liquid Freezer, yes. But they're the same fan design that comes with it. Not much point unless you want to add some for push/pull, or want to add/remove RGB fans. They're the best high static pressure fans I've used! Just make sure you're matching 120 with 240/360 rads and 140 with 280 rads (Arctic makes both 120mm and 140mm of these five bladed high pressure fans).
Question: What's the difference between the bionix p120 and the f
Answer: F12 has 9 thinner blades and moves more air with no resistance. P12/P12 Bionix have 5 thicker/stronger blades and provide more static pressure(think of it as pushing the air out harder, and to a lesser extent pulling air in harder). Generally, you can always use a comparable static pressure fan(Artic P12, EK vardar, Noctua A12x25), but an airflow focused fan(Artic F12, Noctua S12) will have marginally quieter air noise(the noise of air moving, as opposed to fan motor noise) if you don't restrict it's flow too significantly.

Product features

A-RGB for Full Colour Control

The 12 A-RGB LEDs installed in the BioniX P120 A-RGB are autonomously controllable. The BioniX P120 A-RGB is compatible with the common A-RGB standards of motherboard manufacturers for the simplest possible use. It can therefore be fully illuminated directly via the A-RGB motherboard connection or via an external controller and synchronized with other hardware lighting.

Easy installation and extension via Connector Technology

The ARCTIC Bionix P120 A-RGB have two connections: a power-in and a connector output. ARCTIC uses an 8-pin connector for this, which forwards both the fan and lighting signals and considerably simplifies the cabling *. The included connector block also enables a wireless series connection.

*all necessary cables are included

High-quality plain bearing

Thanks to an alloy/lubricant combination developed in Germany, friction within the bearing is reduced, increasing efficiency. In this way, less heat is generated, there is less bearing noise and the service life of the fan is extended.

Optimised for static pressure

During the development of the new BioniX P120 A-RGB, special emphasis was placed on a focused airstream and thus a high static pressure. The fan offers extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. Therefore, the BioniX P120 A-RGB is particularly suitable for use on covered case vents or inlets with filters.

User questions & answers

Question: How many p14 fans can i daisychain together with pst to 1 motherboard 4-pin
Answer: Ultimately it would depend on particular motherboard max amperage per 4 pin output compared to total fan amperage load. In reality, 3 120mm, (or) 2 140mm +1 120mm combinations I have down with no problems with a Gigabyte B450 Aorus board. If you need more fans on one header than that, better to get a case with better airflow!
Question: Is it safe to daisy chain these with different size arctic pwm pst fans? I'd assume not, but thought I'd ask
Answer: daisy chaining in general is not a good idea, as motherboard might get fried. Use Arctic PWM hub! ;)
Question: Can you confirm that this is the 4 pin version? thanks
Answer: yes
Question: What power connector does this use
Answer: Standard 3-pin fan connector.

User questions & answers

Question: would this fit on a dell 8100 xps desktop i7 chip set
Answer: Hi,Dell has its own plug form factor. This fan doesnt fit.Best regards,Jens
Question: can this be run with two pin? I'm looking for a 3D printer replacement, and the current fan only has two pins, which I assume is ground and voltage
Answer: All PC fans will work with just power and voltage as far as I'm aware - the other two pins are for reporting the speed back to the user and PWM speed control. That said, it might help to confirm the voltage provided by the printer; if it's lower than 12V, you may get better results with a 3-pin fan rated for 5V-12V operation.
Question: How long is the cable
Answer: According to Arctic, the cable length is 400 mm (15.7"). I forgot to measure it before I installed them, but if I recall correctly the usable length (from edge of fan box) of this cable to be closer to 12". In addition to this main cable (fan-to-header), there is a ~2" PST cable that is used for chaining the fans together. It originates from the same header connection point as the main cable.
Question: without running the fan, which way does the air blow
Answer: Without running the fan, the air goes nowhere

Question: What is the difference between the 34 and 33 esports? Do both use pre-existing mount holes for AM
Answer: The fans are different.
Question: Will this fit in the q300l case by cooler master
Answer: Yes , it does fit, I put it in my q300l. However, I have 2 140mm fans in the front which made me put the io on the top of the case, and when I went to install the cooler, I needed to move the front io to the bottom of the case. Besides that theres no issue.
Question: Can i change the fans and put whichever one i want
Answer: yes
Question: Does this come with an extra fan mounting clip
Answer: No the single fan version only has clips for one fan. I purchased the duo version that came with 2 fans. Extremely quiet cooler and excellent cooling on my Ryzen 2700.
