Question:	So how do these all connect? Does it have an rgb hub or are they all daisy chained? What do I need to buy extra to make them work
Answer:	There are plenty of places online that you can download the software from. Just go to google and do a search. Or, you can buy a stand alone cd drive and connect it via USB to your computer. They’re fairly cheap.

Answer:	Assuming you refer to the RL08BR-RGB model (there are 8 very different models listed under the same item, which you can select here as "styles"), it's a micro-ATX case so no, it's not a full tower. Dimensions are (as per Silverstone website): 217mm (W) x 391mm (H) x 433mm (D)

Answer:	There are 2 different color variants that cases comes in. Black with red led fans and white with blue led fans. But the leds fans only come in the pro version of the case. As far as I read, the non pro versions do not have the led fans.

Answer:	It is for an atx sized motherboard. I bought this case on a review from Nexus Gaming on YouTube. It was one of better out of the box cases for air flow on that channel's reviews and stress tests. You should check the review out.

Answer:	I see this is 2 months old now, but on a lot of fans like these, the speed of the fans determine the power the LEDs get. If they run for a while at start up and then go out, it could mean your mother board is slowing down the fan speed. I have a set of Apevia fans right now, and the LEDs won't light at all below 15% fan speed, and don't hit full brightness until about 20% speed. You could see if you have a "silent mode" enabled. When your system starts up it runs full blast for a couple of seconds until the preferences are loaded up.
Question:	I plugged the fans into a working fan header and the lights turn on without the fans spinning. How do I fix this issue

Answer:	They flow one direction but you can mount them either way to direct air the way you want. There's a small arrow on the outer edge that tells you which direction they'll blow so you can choose. The larger fans don't have this arrow, but they too can be mounted either way.

Question:	what size are the LEDs 3 or 5mm
Answer:	It really doesn't matter for the reset switch & power switch. These are both NO (normally open) switches. A button press just shorts the two pins together momentarily. I have seen people start their computer by just shorting the pins with a screwdriver. That being said, for this set of cables all the white wires are ground & the colored wires are positive. There is a small triangle on the back of the black connectors designating the positive wire.

Question:	When installing these as a side fan in a thermaltake core x9 case, how do you tell which direction the fan pulls air into the case
Answer:	Yep. I agree with both "Amazon Customer" and "Jeff T."This is true for PC case fans. It used to be that some DC fans could spin either way depending on how they were connected.That is not the case any more. Fans and their connections are standardized so that wind blows out the side that has the support bars and so that the fan can only connect to the motherboard in one way.You can mount Riing fans back-to-back (stacked) for greater forced air pressure. It will not hurt them. I have twin 140's doing this out the back of my case. At one time I had a triple stack but it was overkill.The Thermaltake cases are sweet... hope you are enjoying the case. One note though..... don't reinstall the fans too much (as in configuring and testing your layout). The rubberized plastic will only take the fans screws so many times before the hole is reamed too large in the fan tabs to reinstall. Then you have to use threadlocker or a dab of hot glue in the hole to give the screws something to bite on.These are some of the finest-built fans I've used.
