Question:	Is the clip sturdy enough for attaching to a stroller on pavement
Answer:	Sturdy, yes. Would it work, I doubt it. The wire clip is designed to slip over a board or something about an inch thick and almost as deep as the handle. Plus, it is just held in by spring tension and easily dislodged if the wires are squeezed together as tiny hands are wont to do. I did check the handle. It is 1 1/8 inch square. Fits nicely into a piece of 1 1/4" pvc pipe or a 1" pipe coupler. Using some of that, you could make a holder to slip it in an out of and attach the holder to the stroller. Then the fan would be removable for charging or other use.

Answer:	No. It is a rechargeable built in. What we typically do is bring a portable charger in case the fan runs out. Works perfectly. The fan runs really long. No issues. It has only run out once on a hot day running at full blast.
