My grey one SAID it would be T-Mobile BUT it came PRECONFIGURED for Verizon, so I had to add a SIM card and reconfigure it to use ATT (and, I assume it would be the same with Sprint). In the old days, a phone would ONLY be GSM or CDMA... now it seems that some (many/most?) actually will work with either.. BUT I think you probably need to activate it by phone or wifi with Verizon rather than just plugging in a SIM as with ATT, etc. The one I received is in excellent shape and was a good price, so perhaps it's worth ordering and trying it out.
