FAQ: The card is not properly recognized

a. Insert cards correctly. SD and MS cards should be inserted upside down

b. Try with other card readers to check whether the card is broken, and if the pins of the card reader are bent accidentally. (Careful, pins of CF card could be very fragile.)

c. Connect the card reader to your device directly with no hub or adapter

d. Try a different USB port of your PC. For desktop especially, USB ports on the back of the case are recommended

FAQ: PC does not recognize the card reader/ Connection on-and-off

a. Make sure all connections are tight. Check if the LED shows red light, meaning power is going through as it is supposed to

b. Check the conditions of your cards and the USB ports of the computer to see if they are working properly

b. Dust accumulation may lead to poor connection. Wipe the ports with a dry pad

C. Try a different USB port of your PC. For desktop especially, USB ports on the back of the case are recommended

d. Reboot the device with/without the card reader connected

FAQ: The transferring process is slow

a. Transfer speed is also dependent on the cards. Some cards are not of high-speed feature. Please check the specs of your card. CF and MS cards are quite outdated. They do not support speed of USB 3.0. All card readers available on the market can only get to the speed of USB 2.0 for them

b. Some devices have both 2.0 and 3.0 USB ports. Please make sure you are plugging the card reader into a USB 3.0 port

c. Functioning environment affects read & write speed (full disc storage, obsolete OS system, too many software running at the same time, use of additional intermediates like hub or adapter, etc.)

Question:	I wanted a reader to look at pictures on my phone from my hunting cameras will this work for that
Answer:	Well it depends on the type of camera and phone that you have. Assuming your hunting camera has a storage device that fits into this adapter (which is very likely) which will plug into your phone (which is the type c adapter and unlikely your phone has that port). Should your phone receive the male end of this product then it should be no problem. I have found that androids and iPhones neither have this port. But I plug this into my computer and it automatically sends the photos to my phone. Tough call.
Question:	Does anyone know if this works with a Sandisk IPod
Answer:	Works for SD and microSD. If the memory is integrated into your device, then I am afraid you can do so much.

Answer:	The kit has both a reader and a contactless pad. It works with contactless payment (Apple Pay), chips AND magnetic strips.
Question:	how long does it stay charged on average, with continued use
Answer:	Have learned to carry a charger with me for full day events. It's going to depend on how many transactions it processes. Mine will process about 12 transactions before needing to recharge in about 6 hours. Learned that first day I used it and it went dead. No other problems besides updates. Someone said it will stay charged for 18 hours. It will if its NOT used to process transactions. If you are doing an all day event, be safe and carry a charger.

Answer:	the duo can hold 2 cards at once while the C370 can only hold one. If you you have a broken card reader in your computer/device/laptop and you want to know what is on the card the C370 is a good choice. If you have many cards to look at all at the same time, the duo would be better.
