Answer:	Yes. My neck stays on the pillow all night and I don’t wake up in the morning with a ton of pressure. The pillow actually has helped my case out a ton. The pillow is nice and thick and doesn’t cave in. It actually holds my big head up very nicely. I recommend it for great support and better sleep. It works for side sleepers and back sleepers. I tent to do both. If I had to complain about anything it would be the zipper. The zipper does poke out now and then so I just adjust it when needed. It has come close to poking my eye but I was luck it didn’t. I could add a pillow case to resolve the issue. Overall I still would rate my pillow a 10 with 5 stars.

Answer:	I don't know where it was made or exactly what the stuffing is made of. The stuffing is formed in the shape of the pillow, and it appears to be some kind of foam -- quite firm.

Answer:	I fit this pillow in a standard pillowcase on the short side and roll up the excess. This pillow is hard as a rock and I can only use it to sit up in bed. No way I can sleep on it.
