Answer:	It's basically a thin but high quality plastic sticker. It's strong - you could never tear it in two (you'd need scissors) but it's still somehow thin enough that I don't even feel it. I've had them on my keyboard, which gets daily use, for almost a year. Not even one has peeled up or shifted. Very high quality stick (remember that when placing them!), and the lettering hasn't faded or worn off. These are a GREAT purchase if you, like me, find your nails just wear the lettering right off conventional keyboards. Now that I have used these I feel like they'd be worth twice the price, frankly.

Answer:	No, they arent see thru for all i have seen. i have an HP i used them for because the lettering on my keyboard was fading so i could not see them. they work great for that. but as for as a backlit keyboard, they are not designed for that. they are a solid black with the lettering printed on top of it.

Answer:	Great qualitiy. Strongly attached every time. I take photos with front camera, so i have to remove it almost daily basis, and then put it back again. Very easy to peel with your fingers, but they glue okay every day. So far, using the very first two, with no problems at all.
