Answer:	When my rollerball starts to feel like it’s sticking or sluggish (rarely) I turn it to off and roll the ball part firmly on my hand and sometimes shake it a little. I have also cleaned it with alcohol with good results. I dried it after cleaning by rolling it around.

Answer:	Only compatible with standard definition receivers like the D12, R16, H20 thru H24. Also note that if you have an H25 HD receiver or Genie, these receivers are only SWM compatible (you will need a SlimLine SWM dish) and will not work with a standalone 18" round dish.

Answer:	No, the pipe is too small. It requires 2" outer diameter mast. You can use a pipe adapter instead of buying a new tripod if it won't hold a 2" OD pole.

Answer:	In addition to the Setpoint software made by Logitech, I also installed a small program called "MarbleScroll". You can get it here with instructions from its creator: http://www.fewprojects.com/marblescroll-for-logitech-trackman-marble/. Works flawlessly. However, note that there doesn't seem to be an option to have it stay on after restarting your pc, but you can set it up to be part of your pc's startup routine. Easy to Google and do it yourself. Answer:	Only certain keys can be remapped to buttons with the ELECOM software. You might be able to get an app that does that, but I haven't investigated.

Answer:	The wired version has no batteries, if the listing says that it's wrong (I suspect copy/paste error from the wireless model). I have both this version and the older version of the wired USB trackball and there are no batteries involved.

Synthetic Ruby Support Bearings

Each trackball is fitted with large (2.5mm) synthetic ruby bearings to provide effortless glide and smoothness for precision operation. The large bearing size also requires less maintenance because it better resists dirt and grime.

Maintenance : Easy to Clean

The trackball can be quickly removed by the backside by pushing the ball.

As dirt and grime builds up around the trackball, the mouse cursor may jerk around the screen erratically or refuse to move at all. Keep your trackball clean all the time.

USB Receiver Storage

For USB connection type trackball mouse, it is designed with a space where you can store the USB receiver. When you're not using the mouse, you can store the receiver inside of it. If you have an extra receiver from any ELECOM device you aren't currently using, this is a good place to store it.

Power Off When You Don't Need It

Power button is in the backside of the mouse. Prevents battery consumption when not in use.

Low Energy Mode : Battery will last longer. Low energy consumption.

High Speed Mode : Sensor will track accurate movement but the battery will run out faster than low energy mode.

How to Install the Driver (Most Recent Driver Version 5.2)

1. Access to (ELECOMUS dot com)Check ELECOM's Global Home Page First
2. Click (Mouse Assistant) tab on top of page
3. Select Windows/MacOS version : Please check your computer OS before download.
4. Check (Download) Tab and Click on (File name) 'mouse_driver_maxxxxxxx(.zip)'.
5. Download the file named 'mouse_driver_maxxxxxxx(.zip)'. (The xxxxxxx part will change from time to time)
6. Double-click on the downloaded file 'mouse_driver_maxxxxxxx(.zip)' and extract the file.
7. Open the extracted folder 'mouse_driver_maxxxxxx' and double-click on the file 'mouse_driver_maxxxxxx(.exe)'.
8. Follow the instruction of the wizard and complete the install, and then restart your computer.
