Question:	Could i download the fire alpaca app on this by any chance
Answer:	Firealpaca has a draft drawing app on Android store. But there parent company has an additional app called mediabang paint that can also pair with the draft app... Sketchbook is my go to app with this device. Hoping krita and full versions of firealpaca make it down. Not going to replace my surface 2 but it's light weight and we'll designed.

With pen mode on, only the stylus that came with it will work. If you turn it off, any stylus will work - but so will your fingers - or anything that touches the screen !

Answer:	Thank you for your question, The USB-C full-featured cable is suitable for both Kamvas 13 and Kamvas 12. And it should be connected to the lower USB-C port otherwise it will not works. Since the USB-C port is insert socket, please plug it hard to make sure that it is securely plugged.

Answer:	Connected by triple wire: one for power, one USB, and one irregular port.
Question:	People had issue with the Huion type c cable not fitting into the port on Kanmvas 13 has this issue been fixed on the Kamvas
Answer:	To the best of my knowledge this set only comes with the US adapter, as stated in the description. I believe you would have to order the adapter set for EU use. One other alternative would be to go to Huion's website and order the standard monitor with the EU plug included. This may be an inconvenience for you but I believe it will be worth your efforts to get this monitor despite the inconvenience. It is a really good drawing monitor and at a nice price too! I hope this helps!

Things about USB-C cable connection

1.You can only use the Huion USB-C to USB-C cable on Kamvas 12. And the USB-C cable is not included. You need to order it separately.

2. The USB-C port of your PC or laptop need to supports USB3.1 GEN1 data transfer protocol and DP1.2.

Things about connecting to Android devices

2. Your Android devices need to at least supports USB3.1 GEN1 data transfer protocol and DP1.2.

3. Not all Android phones support full screen mode. Full screen mode is only available for the Android devices which support desktop operating system for PC mode or DEX mode.

4. When a phone is connected, extra power supply is needed. Connect the pen display to a power adapter/ power bank via a USB charger cable/3-in-1 cable/phone charger cable.
