Answer:	Look at the picture when you change between the models. X3502 has a straight bar across where x35 has more of an H shaped profile. I have the x35 as I wanted an edge to keep lumber from sliding off. I had nine 2x4x12 redwood boards up on mine this weekend and split them half on each side and it felt really stable.

Answer:	I'm not sure what happened and why there are negative reviews. This is a great product and you should definitely buy this product. Love it!
Question:	Can you back up your notes as you erase them on the app? Will I be able to see what i wrote yesterday on the app and for how long is it stored
Answer:	8.5 doesnt allow for sync. the only app available is call JOT which is just to take a picture of what you have drawn. after erase on the 8.5, nothing can be done to retrieve it back.
Question:	Erase button stopped working.How to fix it
Answer:	The board has a battery. It is a flat button 3volt CR2016 Lithium battery that goes in a chamber located at the top right corner of the board. You need a small Phillips screwdriver to open the chamber. Look for a tiny screw at the top and a "thumbprint" indentation along the top edge. It is very inconspicuous.
