Answer:	There is UTC controller on the market, but we do not sell it. Normally, many of the DVRs have UTC function, please check your DVR. Most of the time, we only need to adjust the camera OSD menu before installation, when it is installed, there is not much chance to adjust it.

Answer:	The centerline distance between screws for the 4 screw pattern is 2.087 inches. The diameter of the base is 3.465 inches.

Answer:	I'm not sure. It works fine Windows 7 but the new version Manga Studio Ex5 will probably work on Windows 8. I know people had problems using different software programs on Windows 8 so I would ask customer service from SmithMicro just to be safe and do more research. I use Windows 7. If you have Windows 8 you might want to check into the newer version of Manga Studio. I think you might get a better deal out of it because it should work on Windows 8. If you add it to your wish list, sometimes items will drop in price.

Answer:	I'm not sure because i have not really used it? But yoy can try it and if it tells you that you have to pay to have all features you can either accept or not to buy or you can also delete it if for some reason you don't like it. It's safe to download. At least i had no problem with it as far as i know :)

Answer:	I would recommend SYNFIG STUDIO as it is 100% free, fully supported, and isn't virusware. Just do a Google search for Synfig Studio.
