Answer:	I believe (have not tried it) but there is a flat tip screw driver which has a clear cylinder handle which has a fuse in it. I believe this is the voltage tester.

Question:	Can be attached it to a thin and slightly slanted desk
Answer:	It depends on which model you have. If it's the one that has no adjustments on the arm I'd say no - the slant of the desk might affect the swinging action of the hinge. That hinge is meant to pivot horizontally, which may not happen easily (if at all) if the angle of the desk isn't perfectly horizontal. You'll probably find yourself using your shoulder and arm muscles to constantly reposition your wrist/forearm instead of letting it pivot naturally. If you have the version that has 2 adjustment points on the arm there's a much better shot at it working with a slanted desk surface (this is the one I have). It still may not be ideal though - the swinging action is very smooth with a level desk, but I can see it not working as intended if the angle is off by too much. The thickness of the desk is another issue, but it's probably less important than how strong the desktop material is. The clamp will work with a thin desk no problem, but you could definitely snap the desk surface where you attach this armrest if the desk isn't sturdy. I certainly wouldn't use this on the edge of a glass desktop (without another material below it), for example. Basically you're clamping a big lever onto the edge of the desk, if you put enough pressure on the pad at full extension you could easily do some damage if the attachment point is weak.

Answer:	Yes I have to push the door in but I mitigated by securing the tray with screws. Now closings the door is a breeze.
Question:	Does this bay support connection of a 2.5" drive into the 3.5" slot? Or will it only accommodate 3.5" drives in that slot
Answer:	it will support 1 of each not 2 of 1. a 2.5 in the 3.5 slot would have a lot of play so I do not think it would work on a continual basic. it might fit but it won't stay plug in to my way of thinking.
Question:	Is it hot swap support
Answer:	The capability to support hot swap is determined by your motherboard data controller. If it supports raid or ahci it will support hot swap. You can use this as a tray for hotswapping. Check tour bios settings and or your motherboard or machine manual for more information.

Answer:	Per their instructions, connect 4 disks, it is RAID 10. There is no online spare available in the configuration.

Answer:	My 4 bay is non raid and works very well in jbod, my pc is ahci non raid config, I donot know if your controller would create some kind of conflict. I would try to ask the company this question if they have a way to ask such questions.

Answer:	It's a standard so it should, but I have not tested that.

Answer:	Hmmm, I’d be interested to know why and if it works. The wheels are a vertical thread through the base. I think it’s a 1/4” don’t know the thread count. It may be a 3/8” hole. The wheels are held on by a nut that measures about a half inch. Can you do it. I have no idea, but I’d sure like t know if you’re able to do that. Good luck

Answer:	It does sit on the bolt heads - but I don't really move it around much, nor have I bothered to turn it upside down to see if it has scratched it. You would always cover the bolts with mole skin is that was a concern of yours. Just an FYI - corn pads (for your feet) also work well when you need to cover a bolt.
