If you set it on a non-hard surface (like a bed mattress) it will probably fall over every time you touch it, even with just a phone. |

There's a reviewer below charging his Galaxy Note 10.1 with this cord, and that's a 2Amp device. I've read that the OEM cord can limit you to 1700 mAmp, but in my experience, you're more likely to be limited by the wall adapter, and that's where you should shop carefully. |

| Answer: | I bought a 10 foot cable in Nov 2015. It had absolutely no issues until Jan 2017, when the rubber insulation tore at the phone end. The cable still worked fine, but I just hate damaged cables, so I replaced it. (Some of my friend's cables look like a child's baby tooth that's one good yank away from falling out. Drives me crazy.) My replacement arrived about a month and a half ago, and I've had no problems with this one either. Treat the cable gently - no stepping on it, slamming something on it, bending it sharply - and it should work perfectly. |
