Q: Why this capture card does not support 1080p, 60fps output？

A: Our capture card does support 1080P, 60fps output, the premise is the HD input video signal is 1080P, 2k, 4k,and 60fps. If the input video signal is only 30fps, the capture card and OBS couldn't make frame to 60fps. Especially for most Nintendo Switch games, which only supports 30fps.

Q: Why there is color difference？

A: The color range of most video input platforms is full RGB"0~255". Normal TV is standard RGB"16~255". Because the color range is different, you may feel the color is not accurate.

Q: Why the captured video is not stable?

A: If the original video drops frame, the captured video will cause same situation.HD cables are also important, make sure you choose good quality cable. If you use a third-party Nintendo Switch docking station, It may cause captured video unstable. Please choose the official one.

Q: Why it couldn't capture audio from my gaming PC?

A: Capture card could only capture HD audio resources. You need to set your audio device in your graphic card as default monitoring device. Open OBS Studio - File - Settings- Audio - Advanced, select your graphic card audio device as monitoring device.

Q: Which output format is the best, why?

A: We only recommend the MJPEG output format. Most of USB capture card you can find on Amazon is using soft code to capture video. If you need better video quality, such as YUY2 output format. If you have a receiver that receives the OTA tv channels and can output the video signal to HDMI, you could use this capture card with that receiver.

Answer:	HDMI cable of xbox 360 & One PS3 PS4 after decoding the HDCP. If you record your own voice, you need to use a mic and component cable after decoding HDCp

Answer:	the device records everything that goes through the hdmi port and that includes the high quality sound, for example, when i record call of duty from my xbox360 or a game of dota2 from my pc i get all sounds minus my own of course. there is a narration feature where if you connect a mic to the device you can record your voice also, but i have not tried that feature. what i do is record my voice from my pc and merge the two media with editing software.
