Answer:	Your recording time isn't limited by the size of the card. What is more limiting is the battery life. The maximum continuous recording time when recording with 4K/30 p resolution on a 256GB card using Lithium FR6 (1.5 V) batteries is 2 hours.
Question:	Color is terrible, tinted on purple side. computer is new hp omen with nvidia med high end graphics so no problem there, can you adjust colors
Answer:	Batteries drain in seconds if they are not supercharged lithium batteries, and even then, you won't get a long recording because they still drain fast. Get an AC adapter. If I were Zoom, I would have cut the batteries altogether as they drain astonishingly quickly. Repeat: AC Adapter!

HOW TO SET UP THE WEBCAM?

1. Attach the webcam to your computer. Plug the webcam's USB cable into one of the rectangular USB ports on the side or back of your computer.

• USB plugs can only be inserted one way. If the plug won't fit into the port, rotate the plug 180 degrees and try again.
• If you're on a Mac, you'll most likely need to buy a USB to USB-C adapter in order to fit a normal webcam.
• Make sure that you plug the webcam directly into your computer, not a USB hub. USB hubs are often too underpowered to operate a webcam.

2. It's a plug&play type so it won't come with a CD. Plug the webcam into your computer will start the setup process. The setup process will involve clicking through a series of preference windows before clicking an Install button.

Answer:	Yes, It clips to my desktop monitor with no problem. The base is weighted and flexible, designs to rest with stability on top of the monitor, or sit on the workstation.

Answer:	Based on my experience, try adjusting the light in your room, avoid light behind you or too much on yourself. There is no drive to update, might try connecting to a different USB port on the p/c; but I found no way to make color adjustments to the camera. The quality of what you see from others is greatly dependent on both the other person(s) and your internet speed. My camera is connected to a Dell desktop and get excellent picture on my 24" Samsung monitor.

Answer:	If you zoom in it flattens out, when you zoom all the way out its got the fish eye look, I love the camera, just wish it did better in the dark and my brand new laptop could handle the high end video files it makes.

Answer:	Good question. Its predecessor had one but this camera did not come with a remote...and I really wish it had one. I would use it. That said...it has been a great camera for video recording music performance. I was going to google and see if I could find some universal remote solution generically.

Q: Why my computer couldn't recognize this webcam ?

A: If your computer has a built-in camera, please disable that one firstly. On Windows 10, right click the start button---go to device manager--- look for Cameras--- click on the little arrow next to it. You should see two devices, your integrated camera and the one you bought which says HD Camera. Right click on your integrated camera and you should be given an option that says disable device.

Q: Why doesn't the image look like 1080P ?

A: The camera itself is actually 1080P but some video call software will compress the video quality. If you use Zoom software, please go to software setting page --- video setting --- check "Enable HD" option and save it. It will improve the image quality.

Question:	Does it have Duo video
Answer:	It pretty much hangs on the display as pictured here picture. It is not being clamped, rather the weight on the back offsets the camera weight that sticks out over the front of the screen. You then need to hold the back and rotate the camera to get it to point where you want it. You can then try to squeeze the camera and back joint together to grip the screen a little better. I found it works just setting on the edge.
Question:	Does this camera have the ability to zoom in-out
Answer:	It does not have a manual zoom but does have a manual focus. The cord is fairly long so you could move it closer or further away to try and get everything in the frame.
Question:	would this be a good choice to teach CPR to a class of 35 students in a virtual setting ? I need a broad picture and good sound
Answer:	A photographic camera tripod mount was not designed to hold a WebCam. I would suggest you find a small C-clamp at the hardware store to hold the WebCam mounting clip on the back of the camera to the top of the tripod mounting surface. I have also used masking tape - the IVSO very light.
