Answer:	I have a Dell laptop and the flexible rubber base can be bent to some degree, but on my laptop it will not bend enough to tightly grab the screen/cover. It will fall off with the slightest bump and when loosely balanced on the top edge of the screen it will only point down at the keyboard. It cannot be angle up enough for any practical use. I suppose you could use duct tape or gorilla tape, but who want to do that.For those that answered that it can be bent to tightly grip the monitor I would say only if the monitor is at least 3/4 inch thick. My laptop screen/lid is about 3/8 inch thick.Otherwise I am very satisfied with this webcam. I also have no problem with the software.

Answer:	The contents are different. The business option does not give you the box or the manual. However, with Windows 7 and beyond just plug it in and you'll get all the same drivers and LifeCam software automatically through Windows Update. FAQ 1: Why is the screen blurry and there is no 1080P effect?

A: It depends on your software supports. Some social or conference software, the default setting is 480P or 720P, so it will result in a poor webcam experience, you can set the resolution of the corresponding software. It is possible that the screen resolution of the computer itself is causing a poor overall webcam resolution experience: right-click on a blank space on the desktop of the computer and select "Screen Resolution".

FAQ 4: Why does the microphone still not work even though it is being recognized by my computer?
