It is "Earl Grey" means early evening! just as it is about to get dark and grey towards the night is when this tea is for BUT as a person who is sensitive to caffein I drink this in the morning. I also have had it at night too, it is not a tranquilizer but surely did not keep me up all night, so I consider it safe. Also, there is de-caffeinated version of the same and remember if you are a tea expert and tea lover, you can always play with the percentage of caffein in your cup buy adjusting the water temperature. Sometimes steeping your tea bag in a cool water before dropping it in a hot cup makes the caffein not release as much. This is good when you are stuck at someone's house being offered a full caffein strong tea :-). But the Bergamot essence is what makes this particular tea irresistible and some studies show that it is relaxant, so perfect treat for an evening chill. Answer:	It has been a few years since I ordered and received this item. I am thinking no, as I don't remember assembling it. I love these steps, and the extra storage.
