Answer:	On Cooler Master's Official Website they have their spare parts store. You can find it by searching Cooler Master APAC spare-parts, or if you have MH-752 you can get the Sound-card attachment separately. If you've registered your product, you might still be under warranty and can get a replacement part that way as well. All else fails: you can order a 3.5mm 4-pole jack and connect it to your headset that way. Like Chris said before: the V moda boom pro is a good replacement mic and cable.

Answer:	I got this headset at the beginning of the year, and have been using it on 2 phones constantly since then (iPhone 6 and Galaxy S5). When I first got the device, the voice quality was great, and the noise-cancelling superb.Unfortunately, after a few weeks, folks started telling me my voice was static-ish, and the quality of what I was hearing was deteriorating, too.It has reached a point where the headset is totally unusable for me now. I am disappointed, as I am a huge Plantronics fan, and over the years have outfitted folks in my company with SAVI units, etc.I will be contacting Plantronics about this, and will post more info.

Answer:	as torresjose77 stated that's the only technical difference. My father in law has the voyager hd and he REALLY likes it, when i talk to him (while hes on his voyager hd) he sounds extremely clear and there are no other noises in the background. the voyager legend has sound equalizer which means it'll lower background noise so only the caller will be heard . I returned the legend only because when I;m in San Francisco the caller and i sound like robots and cuts in and out as if left my phone 30 plus feet away from the Bluetooth, I'm currently using the Plantronics M50 and works perfect! i really wish that the legend performed the same, sadly it didn't. save the extra money and get the voyager hd as it performs the same and you can still use a micro usb to charge it.
Question:	What is frustration free packaging
Answer:	Be careful purchasing this product without the original packaging - there are many, many online sellers who resell these units - they are subject to failure over a period of time. I think the V Legend is amazing - but after owning 5 of the over the years and having every single one fail after a year or so I'm moving to the 5200 hopefully with better results. For $100 a pop these really should have a longer lifespan. The only reason I keep buying them is because they really are the best phone headset/mic out there nothing else really compares. Again my advice is to only buy in new factory packaging, the high failure rate on this model means there are duds out there that people are reselling as "new" - I've fallen for the ruse myself when trying to find a cost effective way to replace the unit.

Answer:	You aren't doing anything wrong. I would try to seat the battery more snugly and if that still does not work, I would return it. I have never had aproblem with my unit. It really should be 'Plug n Play'.

Answer:	Hello! Yes, this headset is compatible with your Mitel phone; however, to be able to connect the headset to your phone you need a quick disconnect cable. Question:	does this work with Mitel 5320e phones
Answer:	The cord length on the headset itself is about 28". However, there IS NO RCA PLUG on this Plantronics headset. It has a proprietary Panasonic quick disconnect connector at the end of the cord. You must buy the companion pig tail connection cord (about $10) that has a Panasonic quick connect on one end and a 2.5mm RCA jack on the other end. That's how you get the RCA plug to insert into your phone. This pig tail connector is about 19" long, so you end up with a total length from phone to headset of not quite 4'. I cannot say whether this works with Clarity - I have an ATT phone.
