Answer:	This headset is not a telephone - it does not fit nor will it work directly into a landline jack.It will fit a cordless telephone that has a jack or cell phone that has a jack - those are different jacks than the one in the wall. This unit comes with various adapters. Prior to purchase review the adapters to ensure the product will serve your needs. I now rely on mine.

Answer:	I don't see why not. I use it on an Avaya 9600 IP phone. It didn't work right in the headset jack. I had to plug it into the handset jack which means the handset no longer works, just the headset.

Answer:	I'm not sure since I am not familiar with that model phone, but it should work as long as the phone takes standard phone jack connections. I had looked quite extensively for a headset with a 3.5 mm pin (also know as plug or jack) without success. They just do not seem to be available in a headset of this quality. However, I have used this set up for several years now when working from home (or even in the office) and it works well! The headset will fail before the adapter does. :)
