Answer:	I think each fan had 2 cables, one for the rgb and one for the actual fan, make sure the rgb connector isn't plugged into the mb if that's not the case then check if it's plugged correctly on the rgb cable, if that's also not the case and you've plugged everything right then use the small controller it came with and try the "mode" button. Also if you're using rgb software to control your rgb lights, do yourself a favor and don't. The small controller has many more modes than any software, it's easy to control, and NEVER fails.

Answer:	I've never tried that feature, but it would depend on if your Car power socket still works after the engine has been turned off, My car does not keep power in the power socket with the engine off, I think that's to prevent the battery from being run down.

Answer:	I can give you a brief one as I've been using this for a little over a month and don't have the backup camera installed yet (too hot to work on it). For my purposes, it's reasonably good for a sub-$150 camera. The front camera is able to pickup license plates of cars in front (and they are clear) and has a good angle of view. The interior camera enables almost the entire cabin of my Chevy Cobalt to be seen, getting driver, passenger, and rear seats in frame. Note that I rarely drive at night and it's usually under a lot of streetlights so I haven't really tested its night vision capabilities so I can't speak to that. I'm happy with it for what it is as this was my first dashcam and didn't want to spend a lot on it - the cabin and backup cameras are a bonus. I did buy a 2nd dashcam and put it in my rear mirror as I didn't want to use the backup camera all of the time.

Answer:	Dear customer, yes, this is the case.If you only have one camera, then hook the red(positive) line to the backup light power, and secure the black(negative) line with screw. This will power up the monitor when you shift into backup gear, thus only see the image when you backing up. If you want to install second camera, then connect the red(positive) line to car’s main power line(so when the car is turned on, it will provide power to it), then secure the black(negative) line with screw again. Now connect the blue(backup trigger) line to the backup light power. This will allow camera V2 to display on the monitor during normal driving condition, and switch to camera V1 when the car is backing up.

Why we adopt double-shielded cable?

Our video cable is 26.2ft, and the total length from the back up camera to the monitor is 31.2ft. If use the ordinary cable, the signal will be attenuated, it may produce streaks, flicker, etc. The double-shielded wire will effectively avoid this problem.

In addition, streaks/ black screens/ flickering are also related to the power supply of the reversing light. Some models of vehicle may need to purchase a 12V DC power adapter filter rectifier to stabilize the current.

We advise that you turn on loop recording, so that the micro SD card will not be full because new video file will automatically overwrite oldest new video.
