Answer:	The cameras work with power to the port, no power they turn off. Not every vehicle has a power port that turns off when you turn off the vehicle. Some have one port that is always powered and one that switches off/on with the vehicle. Point here is that it's your vehicle, you need to look at your owners manual or just test the port(s) with the vehicle on and off.
Question:	How to keep the SD card recording continuously and avoid the memory card been full
Answer:	I use 128GB SD card, and works perfectly. I get about 14 Hours of Recording, then it overwrites from top. Just format the card using the camera, and works fine with a 128GB card.

Answer:	This adapter does not show up in the Network Adapters. The only way I have been able to change band preferences is through the Advanced tab on the router adapter ie., Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160Mhz. My old computer went from 50/50 up/down to 250/250 on 5GHz. Before the 5GHz was not even recognized by the computer.

Answer:	You can uninstall the app then download it again if this not effective i think you will need to set your head unit to factory setting...

Answer:	I believe so, but this is definitely a question I wold ask Xtrons customer service. In order to reach them I had to choose contact seller from within this Amazon website. They responded by the next morning... faster than 24 hours.
Question:	does it have a G-sensor
Answer:	I had some issues with my radio when I first installed it. You can go to the settings and when it prompts you to input a password type in 8888 (OK) this will open up admin level adjustments. Just be careful, you do not want to enter an incorrect value because you went too fast.
Question:	user manual says 64gb card can be used, is this true or only 32gb
Answer:	You must have two things: 1. have a tf card insert into the slot. 32gb max. It does not take any card that have more than 32gb. 2. Download and install the app from the device itself. After that, you have to run the installed app in order to view the front scene,

Question:	My cam sometimes turns off when driving, and then turns on again, most of the time the camera works well, does there anyting I can do to solve it
Answer:	I had the same issue, Susie from the Apeman Support Team assisted me. She recommended to check my SD card. Basically, when it gets full then the camera stops recording and turns off. And if you turn on parking monitor when driving, the camera will detects the vibration and turn on automatically, and then if the camera is not recording, it will turn off again, thus the camera turns off. You might want to check whether your memory card is full and turn off parking guard during driving if it was on. Hope it helps!
Question:	I have to keep formatting the memory card as it gets full. Doesn't it do that itself
Answer:	Hi dear, this camera supports both loop recording and Gravity sensor. Turn on loop recording( cyclic record), the camera will overwrite the old file when SD card gets full. Gravity sensor feature helps the dash cam catch the scene and lock the current video when there is collision or vibration. The locked video cannot be overwritten by loop-recording. When there is too much locked video, it will let the SD card gets full quickly. So we suggest to set cyclic record to 3 min and set gravity sensing to "Low". Question:	The night vision keeps changing from the good to the fuzzy back and forth, how to fix it
Answer:	I also have the same issue. If you contact APEMAN through their e-mai ([email protected]), they will send you a firmware to solve it. Mine is working perfectly fine now. The night vision recording is as good as the daytime. Looks awesome!

Answer:	You need to get the Haloview Backup Camera Bracket Adapter Compatible with Furrion Pre-Wired RV sold on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07LGLJWG2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This bracket will come with an adapter plug that fits the Furrion pre wiring. Then you can also mount the new camera to the pre-existing screw holes once the Furrion bracket is removed. I did have to drill four new holes in the new bracket though to bolt on the camera unit to the bracket adapter.

Question:	Where can I get wireless camera for this setup
Answer:	The unit records the video channels as individual video files and does nut multiplex these into a 4/split configuration. I use a Mac and was not able to use the software (Windows only) provided so I can't say if it has this functionality or not. It was supposed to be able to be viewed on the MDVR in different formats (1/2/4 screen). The unit I purchased had outdated software and was not able to use many of the functions shown in the demo video on Amazon for the unit. I returned the MDVR for a refund.

Answer:	Dear customer, The dash cam has motion detection. Only connect it to the car battery (fuse box) can the Amuoc dash cam work while parked. In addition, only you turn on Motion Detection Mode can it detects some movement in front of the camera.
Question:	are the guide lines adjustable
Answer:	Dear customer, The camera has a battery. It is of extremely small capacity and is intended for short duration operation. Main operation is powered by a 12v connection thru one of your vehicle’s ignition controlled accessory outlets.
Question:	Whats the dimensions of the monitor without mounts
Answer:	There are buttons on both sides of the camera. It took me a few minutes to figure out the patterns to get to the menus I needed. The booklet that came with the camera will get you started, and it should only take a minute or two to figure out the menu navigation. Think on screen computer monitor menu!
Question:	How does one sync the cameras to the display? mine came with no instructions. amazon cs was worthless. emailed seller and never heard back
