Answer:	You can contact the seller for help. They provide one year warranty and they are professional and would be willing to help you. EMAIL：kt.support@apemans When the front camera is connected only the resolution can be chosen to 1520P, if front and rear cams work at the same time, it’s 1440P for the front cam and 1080P for the rear cam. It’s very clear. And it’s normal for your rear video screen showing the right side as left side, it’s just a mirror image. But you can contact the seller for firmware if you don’t want mirror image.
Question:	Installation seems difficult for me, especially comes to connect front and rear camera. Is there any way can solve this
Answer:	Here’s a video I found that shows the full installation: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zbdq5hk65h5GJW_9VB237DOjmWFNLlTw It should help with a simple installation, but IF your car has an airbag in the A-pillar, I would not recommend running the wires across the top corner by the windscreen - rather, run them down next to the windscreen and back across the seam on top of the dash (in which case it may be easier to go around the bottom of the door frames rather than the top - just decide whats best for you and your car).
Question:	Does the rear camera record also and where does it record to
Answer:	Yes, it records two files simultaneously, front camera file is suffixed with an 'A' and rear camera file is suffixed with a 'B'. One thing to note that I didn't realize before buying the product, is that the front camera only records in 1080P when the rear camera is connected. 1440P is only for when the camera is recording by itself.

Question:	Can this camera use the memory card 128GB or higher
Answer:	I have used a 64 Gb and 256Gb micro SD card (Samsung 256GB 100MB/s (U3) MicroSDXC EVO Select Memory Card). My Windows 7 would only format a 32Gb partition with FAT 32. HOWEVER, if you put the larger cards in the camera and use the "Format" option in the settings menu, it will format them so that the entire card is available to write to. By my calculations, the 256Gb will hold over 30 hours of video (30 hours each for both cameras).
Question:	How to install this rear camera? I'm so confused about that

The RoadCam has no provision to turn it on or off currently 6th Oct 2020 version 1.0.0.0. 20200908. It's also shows as km/hr and has no option to change it in the app or on the camera currently. The only way to disable the speed monitoring is by not using the provided GPS unit and use the phone holder in it's place.

With the parking mode enabled, the dual camera will act as the surveillance cam. When the dash camera detects the vibrations,it will automatically turn on and record for 30 seconds then turns off. If you want the dash cam to record 24/7 please user power bank or the hardwire kit.

Note: If your car provides the constant power we suggest you unplug the dash cam manually,otherwise it will drain your car's battery.

Emergency Locking (G-sensor)

When the dash cam detects the collision and vibrations,it will automatically lock the video clips and save the recordings into the emergency folder to prevent that video from overwritten.
