1. Why can't turn on the car radio ?

• 1.1 Please check wiring: the black wire is connected to the negative pole, yellow wire is connected to the positive pole( 12V B+), and the red wire is connected to the ignition switch positive.
• 1.2 Voltage: this car stereo cannot be used on cars with a voltage of more than DC 14V, such as large trucks, if the voltage over 14V, it will cause damage it and not power on.

2 Why it won’t turn off when turn off the car?

• Please check wiring, yellow wire is connected to the positive pole( 12V B+), and the red wire is connected to the ignition switch positive. If you connect red wire to positive pole( 12V B+), it will not turn off when you turn off the car.
