Answer:	These speakers have a tight bass, and I think they would be a good compliment to a sub. I’m driving them with a Kenwood head unit, but think they could use a bit more power, however they are very efficient.

Answer:	Yes. Has brackets for mounting if speaker does not align with your vehicles existing opening. Also comes with screws but I purchased better quality as the ones included were not very good. These are excellent speakers and I have them installed in Dodge RAM 2500 Rear door panels.Make sure you buy the speaker wire adapters for your vehicle model. Makes wiring easier.

Answer:	Should fit any 6x9 location, regardless of vehicle. The important thing is to take the old one out and measure clearance when the window is down. Or measure the depth of your factory ones or the ones you are replacing. Many times aftermarket magnets are much bigger and the glass hits when rolling down the window.

Answer:	The magnet depth on these kickers are just about 3.25 inches. That is the amount of space behind your mounting surface that you will need in order to fit them in to your truck. I have mine mounted in the rear deck of a 2000 Honda Prelude, so I am not sure what the mounting location looks like in the 2015 Ram trucks.

Answer:	Well I do know that the frequency these mid bass speakers use is none of the higher frequency such an you put in your tweeters! And like everyone knows that these are mid range speakers. And putting higher frequency will blow them and the lower frequency will as well. So you will run your crossover on the full range frequency and use your head unit to adjust the frequency level of what the speakers call for. Long story short Yes u do not use your amp crossover on the mid range speakers.

Answer:	Yes, they should. But I don't recommend these speakers, I put them in my '90 Chevy 2500 P/U with a Kenwood KDC-152, and these speakers get distorted on low volume, and have little to no bass. (even the desirable type). But that's just my feelings toward it.... but yes. these should ft your '05 Silverado.

Answer:	They do not glow. The blue is just the color of the speaker cone and wouldn't be seen any ways once speaker cover is installed.
Question:	Some Of the higher end speakers like have lower watts with better sound Why
Answer:	There is a big difference from the specs you see on the box to what you here in person. Coaxial/Triaxial speakers use mF(micro-ferrad) capaciters to crossover the mids and tweeters, thus removing lower frequency's that will destroy each separate component of the driver. Where speakers tend to sound different, better or worse has to do with a few things. Quality of materials, the capacitors mentioned above can take a high quality speaker and make it sound like garbage, respectively they can make a low quality speaker sound great. Also just the way the engineering teams voice the speaker can be totally different. Kicker tends to be boomy with the mids stuffed down and the highs bright. This can cause a problem at high volumes where the tweeters becomes piercing and loud. I've noticed that Dual speakers tend to be uncontrollably loud at 1.5-3 khz (again, the capacitors used are most likely what cause this). Two way speakers with a fabric dome tweeters tend to be less harsh then a cheaper driver with a plastic coned mid and piezo tweeter set All in all, I don't recommend buying speakers online without first auditioning them in person. On the more expensive end, you could be setting your self up for a let down. And if you pay 25 or less for speakers... Well, you got what you paid for. Now specs. The almighty MAXX WATTAGE! this number for any speaker is a joke. It's intended for you to be dumb enough to blow them up in 10 minutes by overdriving the amplifier (wheather from a head unit or amp). What's probably more important is it's rated efficiency. When going off wattage specs, only use the RMS specs. You will notice MAXX wattage of 450, while the RMS is sitting at 35. Because when you drive the head unit to that 50W max x 4 and are only getting 18 x 4, you turn it up even louder and turn clean power into dirty power. This dirty power overheats your speakers coils then they blow out. Because that 72 Watts destroyed a 450 Watt speaker set! Make sense yet? The more important chooch factor that releases sound, would be the sensitivity rating. 1watt @1meter. The closer to 100 this number is, the more efficient the speaker is. The better speakers will be 90/91db.
