Answer: I don't know if there is latex in these weights, though they appear to be covered in some type of neoprene. I confess I was not pleased with my Gaiam 2lb. weights, as they were not actually 2 pounds apiece in weight. I weighed each one on a very accurate scale, and each one was WELL below 2 pounds.

Answer: Hi. The straps are not adjustable. However, I have found that they fit snugly enough that I have no problem using this weights. I recommend them.

Answer: With the strap, these are easy to hold for any size hand. As to weight, these are good for anyone just starting to walk or do other foot exercises to build up your arms as well. If you already walk regularly, I'd say that 3lb weights would be more productive.

In addition to its standard features (play, repeat, 32-track programming), the PD-F407 has a few that are more unusual--and perfect for a CD jukebox. "Best play" is a one-touch trick that lets you commit any 15 tracks to the PD-F407's memory. Just hit the BEST button while a track is playing and the player will automatically store that track in memory. Later, on hitting "best play," the unit will play back all 15 tracks in sequence. Another cool feature is "previous-disc scan," which simply plays the opening ten seconds of the last 15 discs played. All they need to do is remove one magazine and insert another whenever they want to enjoy a different genre or set of CDs (each additional magazine is sold separately). The audio sounds smooth and precise thanks to the 1-bit digital-to-analog converter and the low-noise, low-loss laser pickup. Among the playback functions are 32-track programming, which lets the listener create a custom soundtrack (the programmed tracks even stay in the memory after the unit shuts off); random play (one or all discs); and five unique repeat modes. Answer: If you are replacing the unit you should be able to find one on Amazon, EBay, perhaps Craigslist. Key in the model in the search box and go from there. May also find a U-Tube video with some good info. If you are looking to repair it you might try a local TV repair shop. Not likely but worth a try.

Answer: Here's what I ordered: SPRI Deluxe Vinyl Dumbbells (Pink, 1-Pound, Set of 2) and they are 1 lb. EACH. (there's a small number on the end of each weight that says 'SPRI 1') That's all I know.
