MK550 is ergonomic keyboard, our KVM Switch USB keyborad port can not support its multimedia buttons, its mouse forward and backward buttons on the side may not be supported. | Answer: | Each monitor needs to be connected to a dedicated monitor port on your computer. Those monitor ports can be on the same video card or split among multiple video cards. So if you have a single video card, check if it can connect to multiple monitors simultaneously. EG: your video card may have multiple hdmi ports, but even if it has a mix of different port types like displayport or dvi, you can get inexpensive adapters to convert them all to hdmi. If you only have one port, then you can either get another video card or add one via usb. One of my laptop has only one hdmi port and I simply got a usb-to-hdmi adapter to add another hdmi port. Obviously a usb video display would not perform as well as a real video card, especially for anything involving 3d. I think technically you can use this device if one of your computers only supports one monitor but obviously when you switch to that computer, only one monitor will show output. |

| Answer: | I know this is late, but it may help others. Yes it does and you can tie into signal at rear speaker wires. The built in crossover will allow use of a sub woofer. Only drawback to this set up is that if you turn down head unit bass for doors ect. it also affects sub amp. HU built in crossover would be better for a balanced and more adjustable sound. This requires the HU to be upgraded however. A line output converter is a good option too even if you have low input ability. Makes for a neater install IMO. Bottom line is that it is dooable. Good amp too. Birthsheet is 648 watt @ 2 ohm 14.4 v on mine. In vehicle at idle in real life I average 629 using amp draw and voltage formula, I also own the P300-1 which pushes about 415 @ 2 ohm real life wattage. Birth sheet of 426. Banging for years in wife's ride on that one no issues. The new one rocks good so far in my ride. Love these amps. So much power for the size. Also as a D class amp they are efficient and take less away from the vehicle power system causing less strain. Bang some high power AB amps for a few years and your whooping on that alternator and battery shortening their lives. Less light dimming too. |

| Answer: | Another option in which I chose since it does need turn on signal is to use an added retained accessory power relay or just a simple relay. Your going to remove side panels to run RCA anyway so tap easily into a 12v power source when vehicle acc is on which can be found closest to amp position that is passing to rear of vehicle already. I used this one from Radio Shack. Model: 275-233 Catalog #: 2750233 0.5-AMP SPST REED RELAY AT 12VDC. This set up should be used to turn on multiple amps and relieve the head unit circuit. No tiny wire to run either. Although if this wire is just attached to RCA prior to install for a 1 amp install then this is the easiest way. If you use the relay then remember to fuse it to protect the head unit circuit. |

Troubleshooting
- Ensure Ohm Load matches output of subwoofer
- Ensure no protection light is showing on the amplifier
- Check fuses to ensure no blown fuses
- Check Ground Wire connection
- Ensure wire gauge is large enough for power, check RCA cables.
- Check all wire connections to ensure no loose connections.
- If Sound is clipping
- Clipping sounds are generally due to an overtaxed amplifier. By not being able to provide enough power to the subwoofer.
- Burnt wires can also create a clipping sound, as well as a bad ground.
- If no sound is coming
- Try replacing the RCA cables
- Verify the head unit is turned on, and that output is working.
- Try a good speaker that isn't in your car, If still no sound then you may have a child mode setting on or faulty amp
- If Hissing or Distortion
- Test all speaker wires, or patch cables. Ensure they are not running along side any power/ground cables.
- Try higher quality cables with more shielding.
- Unplug speakers from the amp, if you are still hearing then you will need to check for a bad ground.
- This may also be a problem with a bad head unit.
- If Subwoofer sounds like air is escaping
- Ensure subwoofer is mounted properly
- Ensure that the ohm loads match
- Check all power ratings, the amplifier may be overpowering the subwoofer.
- If there is a rattle, check to ensure it is mounted properly and box is in good shape (no cracks or seal issues)

| Answer: | Per the manual, yes. Speakers must be at least 2 ohms, and yours are. 2 ohm speakers often play louder than 4 ohm, so you might need to adjust the output levels. |
