Unless there is an issue with the software itself (scratched/unreadable disk or invalid authorization numbers), I don't think any tech support will be able to help you. I say this because Microsoft officially ended support for Windows 7 on 1/14/2020. According to my online research, there is only one true work-around for the Windows 7 End of Service (EOS) issue: IF you had purchased Windows 7 (Professional or Enterprise) AND had activated the EOS option PRIOR to 1/14/2020. It's also important to note that the EOS updates are not free and must be renewed yearly. While I agree that this is bad news, there are some sites that promise to keep supplying Windows 7 updates for year. But once again, these updates will not be free. There are countless other sites that recommend a completely different OS system, one that is not reliant on Microsoft. But there are so many compatibility issues to consider with a new OS (will my printer work with the new OS? What type of internet browsers are available? Will my currently installed programs run on the new OS?) It certainly doesn't help that Microsoft is telling people that some older computers can't even run Windows 10!! Maybe a better temporary fix would be to upgrade to Windows 8? I'm not sure what the answer is, I'm exploring my options, too! Good luck and I'm sorry that I couldn't give you a more positive answer!

Answer:	Ridiculously, no. Both Key by Amazon, and Ring have the notion of shared locks with permissioned access and guests. However, neither of them support this functionality for the RAP. That means that my wife and I had to go back to sharing our Ring logins to be able to have both of us open the gate.
