Question:	The ebay listingsays that "MAIL CHIME works on slot... mailboxes". How would it would work for slot mailboxes if the postman does not open the door
Answer:	It would have to work only on a slot mailbox that has some type of mechanism that allows the motion sensor to be moved. I use a "driveway alert" fixed motion sensor that is perfect. When the mail is dropped into the slot, the mail slips past the sensor and it triggers the "alert" to send a signal to the receiver in the house.
Question:	Hello Mail Chime, does this revision model have screw holes to bolt it to a mailbox? If not can this be added in the next revision
Answer:	I had the problem of the tape not sticking to the mailbox (plastic). I simply used slightly longer screws that went all the way through the Mail Chime transmitter and into the mailbox door. Problem solved.
Question:	Does the indicator light stay on until you get your mail
Answer:	It will stay on until you reset the receiver in your house. What is worth noting is that even if the light is on, the chime will ding four times every time the mailbox is opened, as when a thief tries to steal your mail before you retrieve it and reset the receiver. I like knowing that I will get a warning the box is being accessed regardless of the condition of the light.

Answer:	Go to settings and then go to motion and notification. Click on the motion detection option and the motion detection sensitivity sliders will open up. You can adjust the sensitivity for both day and night. Hope this helps

Answer:	This is a very legitimate concern. The data being sent from the camera is encrypted and it is also being sent to a server somewhere. Where it is being sent and what is being done with the data is not clear.
