Wash face with a water-base facial soap-make sure you take about 1-2 minutes to really rub your face to get all the excess sebum out. Once or twice a week use an exfoliator. Use your toner, gently pat it into your skin. Apply mask starting around the nose/eyes and let it sit from 10-20 minutes depending on the mask/personal needs. Remove mask and gently, yet firmly, pat face to maximize absorption and blood flow. Apply one or two serums, patting into your skin again. Use your moisturizer. At night you can add an overnight mask (it’s usually a type of serum). Day time use sunscreen. That’s the entire skincare method Koreans use. I have recently started this-I only do the masks at night because of time-but my skin has never felt, or looked, better. I am an adult acne sufferer and this has been the BIGGEST help.

Answer:	Yes you can because that what I did but I have very sensitive skin so I had to use the retinoid with it every other day for like two weeks so my skin got used to it then I was able to use it every night. I would use 5 drops of this product and pat it all over my face(do not rub) and then I would put my retinoid product on top of it. You’ll really love this product.
