Answer:	Hi, this inflatable pillow does NOT have a remote control for adjusting the height or density. Also this pillow would not be sturdy enough for permanent placement in your bed. It is really meant to be travel wedge pillow that when flat would fold up easily in a suitcase.

It gives me a more comfortable sleep than a foam wedge.
