Answer:	The camera's OS lets you invert the image.

Answer:	This PTZ camera does not have a built-in mic, but there is an analog audio input mini jack at the rear to input audio source. Can be wall or ceiling mounted, image can be flipped in OSD menu. PTZ Optics offers ceiling mount brackets.
Question:	Can a sony rm-ip10 remote control operate (control) this camera

Answer:	Correct, we used the same tripod we had for a Nikon D3100 camera and the mount worked fine.

Question:	Can this camera be mounted on the ceiling
Answer:	Assuming you are planing on hang it from the ceiling. With the correct mounting bracket and your software could flip the image so that it is right side up. If you have both of those issues solve then yes you could mount it on the ceiling.

Answer:	yes, can you please search PTZ keyboard controller on amazon.com, and the remote controller is a IR version, you need to point to the camera and make sure it is in sight of line. hope this helps.

Question:	Hi , what are the items (cables , accessories etc) present in the box along with camera
Answer:	In the Box PTZOptics 30X-NDI Broadcast and Conference Camera (Gray) Power Adapter and Cord IR Remote Control RS-232C Cable Limited 3-Year Warranty
Question:	Does it come with a tally light? If not is there an option to get one
Answer:	PTZ Optics does not have a tally light and we are currently researching options that will integrate into our multi-camera system.
Question:	Is this compatible with ear pods
Answer:	I don't think so
Question:	How do you pick up audio to go with the video
Answer:	We use at our church and there are several options for picking up audio that I've used. 1) I've sync'd the sound from the sound board to the video directly with Wirecast our broadcast software. Also there is a 3.5" audio jack on the back of camera - 2) You can output the sound from soundboard to that jack to provide a direct feed audio feed to the camera or 3) you can plug in a microphone into the 3.5" jack to capture audio. Note: some say you can also use an iPad or iPhone as an audio capture device and plug into the 3.5" port (however, I haven't tried that option yet).
Question:	Now that Adobe flash is out of support. How can you view camera feed and control settings
Answer:	A new version firmware update has been release recently to address this issue. Please go to the product page on our website. And use the download link there to get the firmware files.
Question:	Does this camera have presets and if so how many
Answer:	255 presets are available but the remote provided only accesses the first 10. When using a browser IP connection to control the camera, you have a preset drop down button to access all 255 presets. I don't know about how the serial connection controls the presets.
Question:	IS there a tablet app that would allow remote control via IP address
Answer:	Right now we don't have a tablet APP that could remote control via IP address.
Question:	Can you manually control iris or exposure (and focus) from a console app
Answer:	I don't use a console app, but the remote that comes with it allows you to access the menu and control exposure and focus manually or a variety of automatic ways.
