Answer:	Something goes wrong with this R4 on latest firmware. It only allow ONVIF profile 1 to be connected to an NVR (lower resolution channel not the main one). And frame rate jittering in cycle every second or so even on wired connection and regardless of chosen resolution and compression. Looks like a buffering issue. I agree with someone that R2 is better choice then R4.

Answer:	I have one of these cameras. I also have an R2. I would buy another R2 before an R4.Stats on the R4 are below. You will see two numbers. A diagonal and a horizontal. The R2 has a much wider field (95 degrees) and is still very clear at 1080p resolution.For the record. I believe model C2, also 1080p, which I also have, has the best at 110 degrees.

Question:	Can you choose sound for both cameras when in the split screen view
Answer:	PoE simply means it can be powered by just ethernet if you're using a PoE switch. Usually hard wiring PoE equipment is the desired outcome, but I don't think there's anything to stop you from getting a wireless antenna and using that. However, you'll have to plug the camera in somewhere.If you don't want to use PoE, the non-PoE version of this camera is ~$20 cheaper and an antenna is ~$7. There's also a two pack with antennas for ~150.
Question:	Does this connect to wifi
Answer:	I don't think I'd do it (unless the price is not that big a deal to you). It's great for the price, but I don't think it will fair well outdoors.

Answer:	No. The typical usage of this camera is that it be powered over ethernet (hence POE...). The device would use too much power to be effectively powered with batteries. However, you could, in theory, have some sort of battery or generator setup with an outlet, you could power it that way via the included adapter.
Question:	Does it also connect to your phone
Answer:	Night Vision (infrared LEDs) most definitely work when powered over Ethernet. I have many such cameras powered over Ethernet without a single one failing to light up infrared. However, there is a setting in the web interface that can turn the LEDs on, off, or auto mode. If manually turned to off,then it won't light up. Just leave it at auto so the light sensor can turn on and off the lights.
