Question:	How long does the battery last? How often do you have to recharge the batteries
Answer:	3 to 6 months? Lmao yea right. Not even close. Try 2 weeks tops if you are lucky. You might get 2 months if you never check live video and it only records like 1 time a day but any normal person will be checking the live feed a couple times a day, multiple recordings etc....so no you won't even get close to that they claim.
Question:	To many reviews about this camera and bad wifi connection.are they true? Does the battery really holds for 2 months without recharging
Answer:	I am not sure why others are having a difficult time. I have zero wifi issues. I've had mine for over 2 months and it is still running strong. It does have to be in a location that has less traffic. Mine is set up on my front patio and works great. Sometimes I think some reviewers have not done their homework or read the instructions. Don't expect it to run like a $200 wired camera. Wyze had to make some compromises to make the battery life better. I still think all the Wyze cams are a bargain.

Answer:	Not far enough. I have one of my cameras 20 feet away and it’s fine. The other camera is about 35 feet away and the signal is not so great.

Answer:	This device does not require a subscription for service..... But, without the subscription, the unit will capture a 12 second clip upon sensing motion. This is for to short of a time to provide any evidence. Any recording to SD card must be manually activated or scheduled. It will not record all motion that is sensed to the SD card as the other wired Wyze Cams do.

Answer:	Using the Tiny Cam Pro ($3.99) and it works with the 4 Wyze Cam's, two are Pan/Tilt cameras. It is able to control the camera and move up/down and left/right. Also to hear and speak to the microphone. Tiny Cam Pro also enables uploading the continuous video to the One Drive and Google Drive, in addition to doing it to local storage. The video resolution looks like it decreased, but being able to see all four cameras with live stream is great. The camera is connected based on the account ID and password and camera # (1-4), not IP address. Depending on the Wifi connection to the camera, the video will drop and then restart. Overall, I'd recommend it.
Question:	When hung upside down, can you flip the image
Answer:	Yes, as some would prefer to hang/ mount the cam (physically) upside down. If this is preferred simply go into the "Advance settings" in your app, look for and click the "180 degrees" and the image will be inverted to the new upright image. If you decide to change the cam to the upright (physically) mounted position, just turn the same 180 degree setting (within Advance settings) and the image will flip to match the cam mounting perspective. Help this helped.

Answer:	Yes the EX8000 used as a wifi extender you have the option of having a guest network. You can use same SSID name as your main router or use a different SSID altogether. I did have issues with more than one extender on the same network using same SSID name as main router so I had to change one of the extenders to a different SSID.

Answer:	If you mean an AT&T router signal, yes. If you mean cell tower signal, then no.

Answer:	there are 4 ports. I use multiple ones as this is the only system I can find that does not change the network name but once a year I also have one break and have to replace it or hard reset it myself.

Answer:	This is the main thing I don't like about Ring Pro, they have not bothered to make it work with live view for Windows 7. This tells me that like many companies they don't care or bother to make their products backward compatible. If you decided to upgrade to Windows 10 despite all negative pushy attempts to force it upon us by Microsoft, you are in the Live View club. If you choose to stick with Windows 7 and wait until Windows 10 OS issues are resolved before upgrading or buying a new system, your out of luck. Thanks, Ring! Question:	How is this camera wireless if it needs to be plugged in
Answer:	This is not a wireless camera - instead it is just a WiFi camera that needs wired charging as it needs to be plugged in to a wall outlet. There is no solar cells or rechargeable batteries for power and hence cannot be called a Wireless Camera. Wireless by definition means no wiring is required just as in case of wireless Qi charging which charges a phone by induction and no wired connection exists between the phone and the charging pad. The name and description of this product is misleading to state Wifi charging and hence should be changed immediately.

Answer:	I just play the stored camera video in full screen mode and if there is anything I want to save locally I hit the record video icon and it saves to my phone.

Answer:	I don’t know if it will work with that App but I had/have Digit Cam App for another camera and it erased my other camera from that app and put this camera and the two other Goowl cameras I purchased on that App along with their App I downloaded and set the cameras up on. I emailed the support email address listed in the App and got a returned email listed as access denied. Hoping I can add my original camera back in one of the two apps and delete the other because I am also getting duplicate alert messages from each App for the new cameras.
Question:	Do you need cloud to access the motion detection

Answer:	I believe the sense module fits in the recessed area of the camera, so the Caremoo cover would cover it just fine.

Answer:	Yes, if you want it to operate.
Question:	Do I need Alexa to use this
Answer:	This is a Micro SD card. It can be used in anything that accepts a Micro SD card. The Wyze camera accepts a Micro SD card for Local storage which I am guessing that this question is about. You do NOT need Alexa to use the Wyze cameras. They are AWSOME cameras. I like them better than my Arlo cameras (But they require a power cord).
Question:	Will I need the card to get the to get the to work
Answer:	No, the wyze comes with some storage space on iCloud but I think it’s only 14 seconds or something. The SD card makes it so that you can rewind and look back. I have two cameras, one with a card and one without. I ended up ordering another card.
Question:	Why isn't my card recognized? I put it in electrode side down and to the left with the flat side of the card on the left of the opening
Answer:	I put my (2) cards into the (2) different "Wyze 3" cameras, THEN powered on.... BOTH non recognized...swapped... same result. Put in (2) San Disk cards... BOTH worked right away... swapped... both still worked... used the cameras to "format" the San Disk cards, for giggles... again they worked. I have started the return process to Amazon... will get more San Disks with the money returned... love ya Amazon !

Answer:	Normally a router that has 5G Wi-Fi will support 2.4G Wi-Fi as well. Please access your router setting to check it. Answer:	I got it working with Agent UI which is an upgrade to iSpy, which is free. I had some trouble, apparently, you need to follow the directions and set the camera up with the Winsview Android/Apple app first. After that it worked with Agent. I have a USB3 5TB drive and record continuous video on that.
