Answer:	Yes. It accommodates 1 wired and one remote button. My only complaint was the tinny sound of the speakers when playing MP3's.

Answer:	You can add any mp3 you want. Select up to a 20 second play or the whole song/tone. It has 2 zones...front and rear. This unit is tricky and takes some fiddling and patience. I have installed 2 and they both got confused and played 1 mp3 for front and rear...some kinda' glitch...but eventually you'll get it to work. Be patient.
Question:	Has anyone experienced random rings, e.g. interference? How do you prevent it
Answer:	I have had random rings. I fixed it be removing the jumpers that are used for the wireless doorbell button control. I have mine hardwired to the button at my front door so the jumpers are not needed. The radio frequency of my neighbors truck key fob was setting off my chime. A few times when he unlocked his truck, my door bell would ring. But now that I removed those jumpers, not once has it happened again.

Question:	Where can i just purchase a new button
Answer:	If the chime does not work: 1. Make sure push button switch is pressed down and held for at least 1 second. 2. Verify battery installation is correct, noting polarity. 3. Try a fresh battery in push button. 4. Make sure chime is no further than 150 feet away from push button. 5. Ensure push button is not mounted on metal, near metal studs or near the floor. 6. Try a new location for the chime. 7. If the chime and push button(s) do not operate, repeat the electronic pairing process of the push button(s) to the chime in steps A-F below: A. To clear settings: Press and hold the pairing button on the bottom of the chime while installing the third battery. B. Once the last battery is installed, release the pairing button. C. Press and hold the pairing button again. You will hear the “Ding Dong” melody twice, and then the double beep to alert you the chime is ready to pair with the push button. Release the pairing button. D. Press and release the push button. You will hear one beep letting you know the chime accepted the signal. E. Answer:	What I did was I opened up my wired chime, took out the guts, screwed the wires to the Honeywell adapter, screwed the adapter onto the old base of the wired chime, and put it back up on the wall. If you want to keep your wired chimes, I'd think you can do that. You'd just have to find some way to run wires from the doorbell end or the chime end to wherever you want to mount the adapter.

Answer:	You can pair each transmitter to either or both receivers. It's a great feature! You can also program the receiver to have a different distinct ring tone for each transmitter. Also, the receiver flashes blue for one transmitter (doorbell), and red for the other one. So, we ordered two sets. We have one transmitter for the downstairs door, and one for the upstairs door. Then we have four receivers all through the house, on every level. All four receivers ring when either doorbell is pressed - with a different ring tone depending on which doorbell was pressed. Note that this feature is not really clearly explained in the instruction manual or in the item description, but it works!

Answer:	No, there is no internal battery. It needs to supply continuous power to it.
Question:	What is the storage capacity of the device? Approximately how many records will it hold before it runs out of space? Can more storage be added
Answer:	The amount of recordings greatly depends on too many variables to answer this question. I have mine set at 2k, recording during all doorbell rings and motion detection in the medium sensitivity setting only at night. The kids like to play with the doorbell, and we get fairly frequent deliveries so it sees quite a bit of traffic. It currently is storing over 100 video clips for the past 10 days.
Question:	What's the power requirement to the doorbell? What voltage is required
Answer:	16v @ 30VA is the standard voltage for doorbells in the US, which is why the Eufy uses it. This translates to 16V @ 1.875 A. It is very inexpensive to buy a power adapter with these specs, an Amazon search shows several basic power adapters for less than $12. You can even search for “doorbell transformer” on Amazon and see dozens of options for $10-$15, including ones that plug into a wall outlet. Note that you can go higher on the amps (Useful for very long wire runs), but the voltage needs to be in the 16V-20V range otherwise you risk damaging the doorbell and creating a potential safety concern.
