Answer:	When I listen to the recorded video on the camera itself the sound seems to low, however, after downloaded the files to my computer the sound is good. (I only use this camera to record "tutoring" sessions with one student for a college requirement). It has met my needs, but I would not use this camera to record family events. I would want a better quality.

1. Insert the fully charged battery and memory card into the camera, then press the" POWER" button to turn on the camera.

2. How to format the memory card: Please press the "Mode" button to get into the "Setup" page. Choose the "Format" option and press "OK" to confirm.

3. How to switch modes: Press the "Mode" button to switch modes between "Photo/Video/Setup".

4. How to take photos: Press the "Mode" button to change to the "Photo" mode. Press the "Photo" button to take a photo.

5. How to record videos: Press the "Mode" button to change to the "Video" mode. Press the "START/STOP" button to start the recording. You can press the "Photo" button to pause the recording. And press the "START/STOP" button to finish the recording.

Connect the camera to the computer:

Q: How to make Floodlight work at night?

A: Open camera live view page on phone app, slide left twice at the bottom, tap "Night Vision Mode" icon, you can see "Ordinary", "Color" and "Intelligent". "Ordinary" means only IR LED work, black/white picture at night; "Color" means only Flood Light work, color picture at night, "Intelligent" means Flood Light work when detect motion, otherwise, only IR LED work, please select the best according to your request.

Q: How to make Auto Tracking work?

A: Open camera live view page on phone app, slide left twice at the bottom, tap "Intelligent Tracking" icon to turn on Auto Tracking function, please note there is a middle speed motor inside, it can not track very fast motion, and the camera will go back to original position after the subjects has left the tracking range.

Q: How to turn on Sound Alarm?

A: please go to camera settinge page-->Alarm management and notification-->turn on "Motion detection alarm" and "When the alarm is triggered, the device issues a siren" in Action with Alarm.

Q: How to save motion evnets to SD card?

Q: How to playback and download motion videos?

Q: How to reduce false motion alarm?

A: The camera default motion sensitivity is 50, and detect motion area is the whole picture, you can select a special area to avoid moving leaves, moving cars, etc, and also adjust motion detection to be lower.

All other generations of cameras (indoor, XT and XT2) will be cloud based if/when they are added to the SM2. Question:	How fast do they begin recording after motion? My arlo cameras continually miss cars coming in the driveway
Answer:	The recording starts immediately upon motion sensing. The *Early Notification* Beta setting alerts you within 5 seconds of motion detection, and you can access the Live View from your phone and choose whether you'd like to keep the live view clip. The live view clip then saves for as long as you'd like to continuously watch (which you'll be prompted to do), otherwise, you'll recorded clip will only be as long as you sell it to be(upto 60 seconds) with a cool down of 10seconds between clips with motion. Also, you can toggle whether you want it to stop recording 2seconds after motion end, or allow it to always record for the triggered clip length. I purchased mine mid- December 2020, and it works amazingly.
Question:	How are these different than my Blink XT2 cameras
Answer:	I just spoke with a Blink representative on the phone, he informed me that if you have a blink account activated before 4/15/20 using the older cameras (i.e. XT2), if you purchase the new cameras, they can be added to your existing system and they will be able to utilize the free cloud storage since the account is grandfathered in. Answer:	Using the Tiny Cam Pro ($3.99) and it works with the 4 Wyze Cam's, two are Pan/Tilt cameras. It is able to control the camera and move up/down and left/right. Also to hear and speak to the microphone. Tiny Cam Pro also enables uploading the continuous video to the One Drive and Google Drive, in addition to doing it to local storage. The video resolution looks like it decreased, but being able to see all four cameras with live stream is great. The camera is connected based on the account ID and password and camera # (1-4), not IP address. Depending on the Wifi connection to the camera, the video will drop and then restart. Overall, I'd recommend it.
Question:	When hung upside down, can you flip the image
Answer:	Yes, as some would prefer to hang/ mount the cam (physically) upside down. If this is preferred simply go into the "Advance settings" in your app, look for and click the "180 degrees" and the image will be inverted to the new upright image. If you decide to change the cam to the upright (physically) mounted position, just turn the same 180 degree setting (within Advance settings) and the image will flip to match the cam mounting perspective.
