In order to be able to shot 90 straight up you will have to insert the camera with the Camera Platform attached from the Front side, looking back. Then it will be possible to get straight 90 degree overhead shot.

Answer:	Yes, generally 1/4-20 or 3/8" thread screws (and they are included in the package), some of the models include a combo like the fluid head and a ball head, interchangeable. Answer:	I had my outlets and tube channels for cables installed just behind projector. So the wires are not running up the shaft. One could do that I guess but was not the way I approached it. You can zip tie any access to the shaft. So to recap, I had blocked the stud for the mount and then my outlets were mounted on the stud behind the blocked area. Blocking it gave me more confidence.

Answer:	Yes my panoramic ring works fine. I loosen the round silver set knob at the lower part of the mount by the panoramic ring approximately 1/8 th turn to be fully released and it swivels with just a very slight drag so it moves very smoothly and not too quick or jerky. If your panoramic ring doesn't move it could be defective. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The two ways to help you focus more critically with a Canon R series camera and ANY non-autofocus lens such as your 85mm is to use focus peaking or use image magnification. When using image magnification you should be able to move the magnified area to different points on the screen but we do not believe that you can set up ahead of using the magnification feature a box to go directly to that particular area of the image to magnify.
