Answer:	It is perfect for a three-year-old. Doesn’t hold very much for an adult.
Question:	Can you buy extra inserts
Answer:	I have looked on their website under “tray”, “replacement tray”, “insert”, etc. & I do not see any extra inserts to order.
Question:	I have two of these and the inside of the lid smells terrible like it’s growing mold. How do you take the top lid apart to clean it
Answer:	Mine did that too. I didn’t realize that you can remove the silicone liner that’s inside the lid until it was too late. Try taking that part off and cleaning it. I washed mine several times, but still couldn’t get rid of the mold so I had to toss it.
Question:	Does it keep food cold without an ice pack because it is super heavy
Answer:	it can break ice but no it won’t hold ice
