I asked the company about this and they said the Rocket doesn't do VBR.That said, if you have the Rocket set to 10 Mbps, and you're recording video that doesn't need 10 Mbps, it will lower the bit rate towhat is actually needed. I leave my Capture bit-rate set really high, and let the Rocket set the optimal bit rate.

Answer:	Yes, it will be a snug fit though. Just measured it and the base of the slot opening is exactly 15mm.

Answer:	The second generation holds my Garmin GPS fine. It also comes with a second set of "holders" but the larger ones hold both my GPS & Iphone. I use my GPS on longer trips but if using the iPhone a lot I would switch to the tighter holders. The holders also can slide in for smaller GPS or Iphones and slide out for larger ones.

Answer:	The second generation is at an angle that seem right. It's not straight up and down. You can't adjust the angle though. I put both my iPhone 6 & GPS in it and they fit. I used the wider inserts but it comes with tighter inserts too if you prefer when using your cell phone. The inserts also move along the pad so you can adjust for a bigger 6Plus phone or GPS.

Question:	Can I remove it from one car to another
Answer:	I drive a Freightliner and have an iPhone 6 Plus. I have the metal plate mounted dead center on a screen protector on the back of my phone. I cannot use ANY of my cases, even super slim ones between the mount and the metal plate, otherwise the phone eventually giggles around. But using the mount without a phone case, it holds tight.

Unfortunately, in those scenarios, the jarring almost always will send my phone flying onto the floor or the seat when I least expect it. Otherwise it is a great device.

Answer:	I found the best way is @ the tab on suction cup use a credit/loyalty Type card and start with corner of card and slowly slide card behind cup until it releases from windshield

Answer:	I have bought many of these for family and friends after they see mine because they are fantastically convenient and sturdy as cell phone mounts. However, the threaded screw-on part has broken on two of the seven I have purchased. The nice thing is that Amazon always comes through with a full refund so I can buy another one, or they issue a replacement. It is easy to do this via Amazon Customer Service. They issued a full refund on one that broke 9 months after I bought it; and I bought another one.

Answer:	YES. The grabber or clip opens very wide. Your screen is smaller then mine so will fit no problem. Good product.

Answer:	this is windshield mount but they do have the ones that mount in cd slots and it does not effect the cd while playing.

Answer:	Not that fluid. I have a nice tripod with a smooth pivoting head. So I use the count adapter to position the iPad on one instrument, then use the tripod’s apparatus to move it into other positions.

Answer:	I use my to record soccer drills and love it. Drills are closer than games though. It works perfect on my tripod.

Answer:	Yes! I have a 2007 Civic, and this fits my car's stock CD player. It's a little loose at first, but the mount is adjustable and will fit just fine once adjusted (which can be easily done).The only downside here is that the mount, with or without the phone attached, will block the clock on your car (and radio stations).
