Answer:	No, it will not - 802.11b/g is only 2.4 and it only seems to allow the 2.4 part of 802.11n - I can't even see 5GHz SSIDs in the wifi set up

Answer:	Ultimately, yes. But there are some factors to consider (1) The orientation of the photo or picture/video you took (2) How you physically orient the frame. If you position your frame in portrait or in landscape, the content will adjust to suit your placement. (3) There are a number of transition settings that you can adjust using your remote or mobile app, to give you the best viewing options, taking (1) and (2) into account. Answer:	BEWARE! In order to email a photo to the frame, a person must sign up for a Nixplay account. You don't have to use the app, but you do have to set up a personal Nixplay account to be able to email a photo to the frame. What that means is that my extended family (over 100 people) will all have to become registered users of the Nixplay system in order to send photos to my 100 year old grandmother. I wasn't able to find this out until after I bought one and attempted to set it up. I'm returning it in favor of the Skylight frame, which does allow emails from non-account holders.

Answer:	I bought my dad a kodak pulse over eight years ago and it has run with no problems. My kids bought me the pix star frame not quite 4 years ago and it has stopped working. I bought the pix star frame for my kids last year at christmas and it is disappointing to think that their frames could stop working in just 4 years. Of course the warranty is only good for 3 yrs. I am very disappointed. The price of the pix star is double to what I paid for the kodak pulse. Customer service has been very good. They are sending me a new cord to see if that is the problem but they don't think that will fix the problem. They are willing to sell me a new frame. LOL

Answer:	You can manage every aspect of the frame as long as it is joined to wireless. For Larry, there is a setting to auto confirm all incoming pictures that will allow you to just email the pictures to the frame. They will popup on the screen with a couple second timer that the default option is to add to the frame. I thought that I had found a place on the web page to delete the pictures but don't have access to the password for the account right now so can't confirm that or not.

Question:	My goal is to send the frame to family in another city - should I recieve and set up account for them, or is it plug&play on arrival
Answer:	I do not know the actual magnification level bit it works well as a slide sorter. Not something you would use to show slides.
Question:	All of your ads, Video & Picture, show the unit, on a wall or table, without a power cord. Are the pictures misleading or does it need a power cord
Answer:	You can see what is on the LCD screen but it is fuzzy, not clear. Not recommended. I have used mine to put a slide in it that I want to make a digital photo and put it up the the camera on the computer or Iphone and take a photo. Not perfect but workable.
Question:	I see conflicting answers to this question, "Does the frame have its own internal memory for storing pictures or must you store images on the cloud
Answer:	yes, it is - but you need a good light behind it. Also, since you have to look directly into the viewer to see it, you have to squint, closing one eye. Tedious if you have to repeat the process continuously. A better choice, in my opinion, is to get a viewer with its own light, one that you can view by looking with both eyes at the screen, small though it may be.

Answer:	It is beige, but more of a golden beige. I think it is a beautiful fabric with a crisscross design; I would buy this stool again. I have used it with my dressing area since I bought it. The fabric color looks good with everything.

Question:	Frustrating clock keeps on coming up, how do you let photos just continue to do a sideshow
Answer:	I am having the same issue. I have gone into settings and have it set to slideshow but it still just displays clock. It seems to have started this when I accepted the firmware update. It is currently just an expensive, useless clock! So frustrating!

Answer:	Hell. Yes, as many folks as you like can send photos via the app or through email. The frame owner, of course, has control over who is approved to send photos.
Question:	I just received my frame, how do I get it to free stand
Answer:	There is a metal stand in the box that works like an easel. The “rounded” section should be at the top and the very small metal lip at the bottom. The frame will sit nicely and the stand will be all but invisible.
Question:	If the frame isn't continuously connected to wifi will photos that are sent when it is offline upload when it connects
Answer:	Hello. Photos are stored on our cloud server for two days, so they will updated when you reconnect - but you must be within that window.
