If I take this capsule daily I have zero problems. I also have medical drs and the specialist told me to stop taking them, I asked him why? are they bad for me, to which he replied no, but don't take them.I next time I saw him he asked me if I had stopped and I had not, saying what is the difference to you, you say they don't do anything bad or good so im staying on them. This is probably more information then you wanted but I think it's important to know why you are taking them and who said you needed them. NO medical doctor will ever agree with a holistic dr.
