Answer:	They are cloth, but they are see through. if you are setting it up in front of a widow or somewhere with lighting, it will be very noticeable and obvious in your pictures unless you put extra padding and cloth behind it to hide the light.

Answer:	Mine came today and I can have all 4 lights on at the same time. The softboxes already have the light sockets integrated, and the 2 light holders are just for the umbrellas. I admit I, too, was confused by product description, and the product I received is complete.

Answer:	I have been using multiple different lights with this set also it comes with light bulbs. The same ones you mentioned if im not mistaken.

Answer:	Very easy to assemble and take apart.. I would say 30 minutes at most...
Question:	What is the most narrow width I could get the backdrop stand to be? I have a backdrop stand right now and it is too wide for me
Answer:	There are 4 metal bars for the top of the backdrop. You can configure them in three ways - 2 bars (5' 2"), 3 bars (7' 8"), or 4 bars (10' 2"). The measurements here are one end of the bar to the other end. The space for a backdrop will be a few inches less (approximately 4" less for each setup). The tripod stand for the backdrop will stick out past the bars, so you will need a little extra space for that.
Question:	Can i use led bulbs instead of the bulbs that come with the kit? i know that some manufactures say that their bulb holders are not compatible w/led

Answer:	By my measurements, they are actually a hair over 7.5 inches from the felt-covered bottom of the base to the top of the arch on back. (The bottom itself is about 7/8" thick, felt included.) It's about 4-1/8" wide and 4.5" deep, using the same T-square ruler. The snout and horns of the dragon head itself are no wider, deeper, or higher than the arched back and base; if you have room for the above dimensions, in other words, the dragon will be fine.

2. Install the bulb into the softbox.
3. Snap the softbox white cloth cover along the fou corners of the softbox.
4. Stick the velcro around the softbox.
5. The main part of the softbox is installed.
6. Stretch the light stand outward and push down to the appropriat.
7. Mount the softbox on the light stand and fix it.

Question:	Can you use stronger bulbs? which ones do you recomend
Answer:	Hi, Good morning, You can use higher wattage light bulbs up to 85W. As long as they are E26/E27 screw socket based compact fluorescent or LED, then most of them should be fine, but you will have to check on the color temperature of the light bulbs because most of them in the stores are lower color temperature ones in 2700K to 3200K range. Question:	I plugged the soft box to check it and it blew up why
Answer:	Hi, Good morning, The softbox should not blew up. Do you meant the light holder or the light bulb? Also, we noticed that FBA had shipped such kit to many other countries, therefore, we would like to know are you using this kit in the United States or somewhere else? Because the light bulbs are for 110V only, if you attempt to use them in 220V~240V, they will not function. In those cases, you will need to get voltage transformer(s) or 220V~240V light bulbs. Question:	How do I remove the wrinkles from the backdrops? It’s ruining my production at the moment
Answer:	Hi, Good morning, You can wash and iron the backdrops at low temperature. If you are uncertain the effect of the low temperature ironing, would suggest that you try it with a small corner of the backdrop first before doing so on the whole backdrop so that would minimize the chance of the whole backdrop being affected if something goes wrong. Question:	i just got this and I'm getting bad shadows, is that normal
Answer:	I have shadows too. If you close the front door and photograph through one of the holes that takes care of it but I can’t do that. Mine has shadows because I’m taking pics through the front and blocking some of the light. I photograph jewelry so I must be over top. This box needs a couple extra lights. I’m trying to find additional lighting that doesn’t cause the horizontal lines to show in my pics. I read somewhere that it’s caused by the speed at which the light is going on and off due to the nature of AC power. If that is the reason we need lights like the ones in the box that complete their full on/off cycle in the time that my camera shutter opens and closes. Maybe that has to do with kHz? I saw somewhere that lights that run at 15khz would take care of this. Still trying to fix it. The first light I got had that flicker sostill searching.

Question:	I just received the product and the backdrop won't stay up? I've tried using the cheap fold over tab things that are a part of the box
Answer:	My backdrops are bent from being shipped. The backdrops are shaped basically the same as the back and the bottom of the box. I place the backdrop in so the bend is towards me and the ends are in the tabs. Then I push the bend section into the corner. This creates some force against the tabs and is held in place.
