Answer:	My backdrops are bent from being shipped. The backdrops are shaped basically the same as the back and the bottom of the box. I place the backdrop in so the bend is towards me and the ends are in the tabs. Then I push the bend section into the corner. This creates some force against the tabs and is held in place.

Answer:	The 24in collapsible box in the bag with all the extras is about 11inx11in and can be squeezed down to 2.5in-3in in depth.

Answer:	You need outside lights. The point of the tent is to allow lighting from without to pass through in a way that does not create shadows. If properly lit you don't even need your camera flash.
Question:	HOw did you get the wrinkles out of your backdrops? Would the dryer ruin them
Answer:	Here's what I finally did, my dryer has a Steam setting on it. I put it through the Stem Fresh about 3-4 times with High Heat (my steam setting high heat doesn't get THAT hot). Wrinkles are coming out.
Question:	How do you fold this back into the case
Answer:	1- Fold the tent flat. 2- With your right hand grab the lower right corner. This is a normal grip. Your thumb will be on the front side of the tent and four fingers on the back side. 3- With your left hand grab the top left corner. This is an upside down grip. Your fingers will be on the front side and your thumb on the back side. (Imagine a steering wheel but instead of a normal grip you turn your hand upside down and grab the inside of the wheel at 10 o' clock) 4- Twist outward with your left hand and inward with your right while bringing your fists together into the center. 5- With practice you'll get it right.

Answer:	So far have never needed a replacement as of yet, use it daily for around 3 months so far, hour or more at a time

Answer:	There is a 4 1/2 inch hole at the top the my 32 X 32 photo booth, the shirt can cay on the bottom of the photo booth and the picture taken from above. You will need to buy the correct size booth (24 X 24 or 32 X 32) to lay a shirt or long sleeve sweater on the bottom.

Answer:	I make signs that are 12 x 24. It does work for them. I do have to crop my pictures for some angles so the sides do not show, but otherwise it’s great.

Answer:	Because the backdrop is rolled up when you take it out of the box, there is a slight bow to it. So when you unroll it you may need to have the bow in it face the opposite direction instead so its kind of hugging the back. if that doesnt work, you may need to velcro it. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can this light adjust the brightness
Answer:	Yes, there is a dial that allows you to adjust how much light you want. The lights are also adjustable and can be moved closer or farther apart and the can be tilted to direct the light where you want it. I’ve found that very helpful with more reflective surfaces.
Question:	Should I purchase a larger one to get more even lights and better performance
Answer:	I have the 32x32 and it comes with 2 LED light bars. Kinda wish it came with more lights but it still works pretty good

Answer:	I shoot polished cabochons and the LED pattern shows up on them. I have to prop up the stones and shoot from the front.

Answer:	Do you have the light turned all the way up? Close one of the 1/2 flaps where you shoot from so the light will reflect back on your product. If this does not work, change your camera settings.

Answer:	Hi - In the upper right and left corners there are two velcro triangles that attach to the back of each backdrop that also has velcro. It stays in place pretty well. I haven't had an issue yet with it. It's a great little studio if you have a small workspace (like me!) and shoots objects wonderfully!

Answer:	I have shadows too. If you close the front door and photograph through one of the holes that takes care of it but I can’t do that. Mine has shadows because I’m taking pics through the front and blocking some of the light. I photograph jewelry so I must be over top. This box needs a couple extra lights. I’m trying to find additional lighting that doesn’t cause the horizontal lines to show in my pics. I read somewhere that it’s caused by the speed at which the light is going on and off due to the nature of AC power. If that is the reason we need lights like the ones in the box that complete their full on/off cycle in the time that my camera shutter opens and closes. Maybe that has to do with kHz? I saw somewhere that lights that run at 15khz would take care of this. Still trying to fix it. The first light I got had that flicker sostill searching.
