Question:	Will this work through an artist's canvass
Answer:	I believe anything that's too thick wont work. It's like taking a piece of paper and holding it up to a very bright bulb. You can not expect to look though canvas, it's too think...now That's my opinion. If you can hold the canvas up to the light with something behind it that you want to trace and you can see it, then that's the same look you will get from the light box. I hope this helps.
Question:	Has anyone had problems with the light not comin on or turning off
Answer:	I have problems with the light. Sometimes it won’t come on for several minutes. Once it does it changes the light intensity randomly going from bright to moderate to off. That is when I am actively using it. If it is just sitting on mt table it stays at the light setting I have chosen until I change it or turn it off. It is extremely frustrating!
Question:	I purchased one in march of 2015 - I love it, but yesterday the plug on the pad broke and now it no longer works, Is this covered under Warenty
Answer:	I had a similar issue with mine. I called the seller and they refunded my money immediately because they did not have another in stock at the time. I bought a different light pad which is sturdier and I like it better. I would call them and explain the problem. Good luck

Answer:	I have the LM-408 which has only a USB port connection to the device with an adapter plug to the wall. Mine also came with two nice plastic templates grids. For a person needing it, the LM-505 model has an internal rechargeable lithium battery and so does the M-402 model (and they have different sizes/shapes and a higher cost). Answer:	Yes it works well for straight forward or upward pointing shots; but not for shooting downward because the softbox stops the light from rotating within the frame. It works from a boom or other overhead fixture. Good luck

Answer:	The first answer was correct but it can be confusing if you are new to this. If you mount the light so the arms that hold the light are parallel to the floor, then the light with the box can move up and down a lot. There is a hole on the side of the light connector that you slip over the top of the light stand where there is a "pin" with a screw on top. Then tighten the screw on the light's mount. The product picture does not show this. They have it mounted so the light arms are vertical for some reason. That's not how you use it.

Question:	Could it be used as a backlight source for scanning negatives on a scanner? It needs to hold the negatives completely flat against the scanner
Answer:	NO! These filters do not pass enough air to keep the blower motor from overheating. Last year (2020) I wanted to use a HEPA filter (or high-MERV) filter in my house, so I put these in my return-air grille. I have a Carrier Infinity system. For a couple months, the air-handler just ran at high-speed, and extra tiem, and moved less air than normal. After a few months, the blower motor burned out. There might be some air handlers that can take the extra load without being damaged ... but mine could not. Turns out, those blower motors need air flow to stay cool when they are running at high speed, and the extra resistance of these filters was just too much. The replacement blower motor for that Infinity air handler was very expensive. I suggest you use a separate "HEPA Air Purifier" to clean the air, and a regular (not more than MERV-11) filter in the air handler. Those motors are made to take the load of a good filter, and if you burn one out it is far less expensive to replace.

Answer:	Since these are only gold plated, I would think that frequent use inserting and removing would scrape the plating off and affect the connectivity. Occasional inserting and removal should be acceptable. Personally, I would look for designated multimeter connectors

Answer:	I have bought multiple High Sierra backpacks. We have 4 kids with A and B day schdules and we keep seperate backpacks for each day. They like any backpack give out after normal daily wear and tear of carrying heavy books, constant use to get pens/pencils etc. They held up for three years before we needed to use the warranty. We contacted the manufacturer directly and were sent replacement backpacks with minimal difficulty. I had to take pictures of the damage, find my old amazon reciept and then show that I had destroyed the backpack to get a replacement. I needed new backpacks due to kids wanting to change the style of the back pack. I immediately reordered High Sierra because of this experience.
