Question:	The attachment to the shower head is relatively easy to install? How so
Answer:	so easy a caveman can do it. very easy to follow instructions, small crescent wrench required. Super simple to install, less than 5 minutes.
Question:	Does this deliver good water pressure
Answer:	So long as you have decent water pressure to start with you should be ok. I have excellent water pressure and I have to turn the outside faucet down some to use this. I prefer using the smaller spray because of the splash back (they don't stand still) and it's more concentrated, very, very thick fur to wet and rinse (Alaskan Malamutes double coat with hair 6 to 10 inches long). I really like the on/off feature, there is a bit of a dribble when it's in the off position but I'm outside so it doesn't matter.
Question:	Does the actual tub run while using this
Answer:	No, the water only comes out through either the hose nozzle or the shower head, depending on which way the switch is turned.

Answer:	We purchased the AVAbay Polished Chrome Faucet Diverter Valve (ASIN: B07MHJQK9Q) sold by Amazon to connect to a utility sink in our garage with a single handle faucet (similar to far right photo posted by seller). We were able to easily connect it to our Waterpik PPR-252E Pet Wand Pro shower sprayer which did not come with this part. Now that everything is installed, we are pleased with the products.

Question:	When using the wand, can you switch the flow of water off/on? I.e. is there a button on the wand that controls the water flow
Answer:	The button on the wand only switches it from Hi pressure to Low pressure. No off possition. And there is a valve control on the shower head that transferes the water to the wand and back to the head.
Question:	Is there a suction cup holder that will fit the hand held wand? I've already tried two different ones and both were too small
Answer:	I was surprised when i purchased the shower head and wand that it did not come with a holder for the wand
Question:	Is the fixed head so that you cannot tip it down for a short person? How is a short person supposed to turn the different functions
Answer:	The shower head on this unit has the ability to tilt up and down which includes the ability to move left and right. This, of course, is accomplished by using your hands to grasp the shower head and moving it where you need it. To adjust the spray hold the head in place with one hand while you move the spray adjuster with your other hand. If you are too short to reach the shower head you'll have to resort to the hand wand. Answer:	10 seconds to unscrew the shower head and remove the plastic flow restrictor disc with a dental pick or similar tool. Don't lose the rubber washer. HUGE flow difference and much less water gushes from my old diverter spout.

Question:	can a hose, and what hose would I order on Amazon, be connected where the wand is - to extend to sink due to disability if can't use tub
Answer:	Someone else answered elsewhere. The 6' hose will reach the bottom of the shower/tub, but it's not long enough to reach out and around all sides of a dog. To allow that freedom of movement, I ordered (a couple of years ago here on Amazon.com) an "Inox Extended Length Stainless Steel Shower Hose - 100 inches (2.54 meters)." That made all the difference for washing the dogs.

Answer:	It doesn't have a button but you can turn the head so where it goes into the different types of sprays one of them is off. Well barely dripping. It isn't hard. My 9 and 10 year old mess around with the different water sprays all the time.
Question:	is it low flow or high flow
Answer:	Very low flow. The green screen at the base mentioned by reviewers is NOT the real flow restrictor. The real restrictor is a tiny hole about 1/8-inch diameter, molded deep inside a black tube in the handle. You can't access it without destroying the shower head. See one reviewer's photos comparing the flow restrictor to the size of a pencil point.
Question:	Need this for tall and short person, plus the dog. Will this work? Especially will this reach near the tub so the dog can be washed
Answer:	Amazon just delivered my shower head today and I opened the box to discover the outer product package say the hose is only 60" (5 ft), not 72" (6 ft) long. The link to the PDF spec sheet on the Amazon page even says the hose is 72". Love you Amazon, but you need to update the information for this product to avoid disappointing future buyers who bought this specifically for the extended hose length. Returning to Amazon.

Answer:	I uninstalled and re-installed mine 6 months ago. Had the same problem. As I remember there is a release tab on the right side underneath near the back of the seat where the electrical cord comes out. Hope this helps!

Answer:	It is a reusable rubber twist tie that can be used to secure the Rinseroo onto very narrow faucets. Rolling the connector down onto itself should snug it up enough on its own, however. We just added that just in case.

THE RINSEROO STORY

Meet Lisa Lane, the creator of Rinseroo. Better yet, meet her family who summers together at the Jersey Shore.

THE PROBLEM: With a large family, four dogs and a constant barrage of guests, the beach house bathrooms were always dirty. Cleaning them (and the dogs) was a hassle.
