User questions & answers
Question: | When abe's electronics center is the seller, is there a standard us warranty from sigma |
Answer: | I don't think it will brick your switch, but it probably doesn't come with warranty. I got mine today and it works fine as long as I figured out I needed to connected the charger to get a signal on my TV. Without the charger connected, the adapter doesn't work at all. |
Question: | Is this a us lens or grey market |
Answer: | I don't believe so. Mine works. |
Question: | How are there 10 reviews when amazon says item has not been released |
Answer: | Yes, the original nes port is not the same as the NESN port, so it cannot be used. |
Question: | Does anyone own this lens and the EF 85mm f/1.2L II? What can you say? I'm leaning toward the later but am somewhat torn between the two |
Answer: | The power cord only supplies power to this converter, not your game console. |
Question: | How do I change my keybinds |
Answer: | Yes, he designed for Nintendo 64 / GameCube / SNES |
Question: | When I plugged this item into the Nintendo switch box the light appeared but when I plugged in my mouse and keyboard it didn’t work |
Answer: | Possibly? I have a Vizio 4k tv and it works fantastic. And I'm sure if it doesn't Amazon probably be able to return it-they made it so easy to return the other types I bought but did not need.. |
Question: | Just purchased one. Everything works except the headphone audio. How do I get the audio through the headphones when it is on keyboard/mouse settings |
Answer: | yes |
Question: | I have watched your video and it doesn't say how to use headphones for audio. Do headphones/mic work with your product |
Answer: | It varies depending in the device you are connecting to. I have no issues when using discord on my pc but when connected to a cellphone I have to lower the volume significantly or it creates and echo of game audio for other players. As fast as volume most headsets let you control the volume separately but holding the home button on your switch will bring up a console menu for changing headset volume when one is connected. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does it zoom in and out |
Answer: | No it does not. It is a prime lens - this means it only has one focal length. |
Question: | does it work on a canon eos rp, obviously with an adaptor? Since this is a mirrorless camera, I've read there is no AF issue (not sure why |
Answer: | Should work as long as you have the adapter. I would recommend purchasing the Canon brand adapter to eliminate potential auto-focus issues. I would think at this early stage a third party adapter might give you problems. |
Question: | Is the lens hood reversible for storage |
Answer: | yes, it does fit in reverse to be able to store in bag. |
Question: | I have a nikon d5100 (crop sensor), will this work on it? also--will this lens also work on a fx (full-frame) body |
Answer: | This lens will work on a crop sensor. But your focal will be about 39mm. Not 24mm. Yes this will also work on a full frame. |
