Also it takes a good 90-120 seconds to print the picture, and as a mom I can assure you, kids that age CANNOT WAIT THAT LONG. for the money you’re better getting them an inexpensive digital camera aimed at kids, or even an old iPhone you can just hook up to WiFi.

Answer:	You need the Ivy printer paper sold by Canon. There’s a 20 pc pack and also a 50 pc pack. They’re available to buy on Amazon as well as the Canon website.

Answer:	3 Is probably too young for this. We gave a friend's 6-year-old daughter this and she loved it. We later gave her more film for Christmas when she was 7. That is where it will get expensive. The film is $25 for a pack of 50 sheets.

Answer:	The product review states that if you load film it will print and store picture on sd card if sd card is in place. if sd card is in place and film is not loaded, it states picture will be stored on sd card. It does not state if you can choose to print or not print if paper is loaded. so if paper is loaded it will print any picture taken with no way to review first. this camara has no screen to view pictures first.
Question:	Can a 6.5 year old use this
Answer:	Hmm, good question. Possibly if shown how to do it correctly a few times. I think 61/2 is a little young.

Question:	Is it all plastic, does it feel "cheap
Answer:	"Cheap" isn't quite the word. The hard plastic construction has an obviously plasticky feel to it. However, it also FEELS SOLIDLY BUILT. Mine has been dropped several times and still works. Plastic seems like an appropriate material for this application, as the camera is bulky and could be quite heavy if more metal was used.
Question:	Better than Fuji Mini 8, 25, 50 etc.? Why? Optics and ruggedness better? Worth 5 stars and more $? Good bulk film source? Please help me choose
Answer:	I'm not familiar with the 8 or the others. Mine has been dropped at least 4 times without any marks (fumbled to tiled bar floor & sidewalk). The different shooting selections are nice & simple to go through. Battery life is long & film is better than I expected in different lighting. I'm in my 40s & didn't want to look like I was carting a toy around. The classic look was appealing, the good quality was beyond my expectations.
