Answer:	You need to play around with it. i added a large floodlight coming from above.

Answer:	It sort of sets up with one full open side (that you drape the loose piece to to cover the bottom). So you could flip the set-up to shoot from above it you choose. It may require a little creativity to get the box to sit nicely.
