Answer:	I am not sure how to respond as I don't know what settings your camera is on but here are some tips. Make sure that your flash settings in your camera menu is enabled. Make sure the batteries you are using are fresh and are made for high power equipment like Energizer Max or something like that. Most of these Neewer are made to fire at shutter speeds of up to 200. Answer:	Hello, I first rinse the glasses under running tap water to remove any fine grit. Then I use a tiny little sprayer for glasses in which I mixed alcohol and water at 1:1 ratio. The alcohol is dried from the lenses using the lens cloth between my fingers on each side of a lens. Do this drying with little pressure in case the cloth has accumulated dust grit. This method was used for finer optics; where the first water rinse removes what we cannot see but surprise is there. Often, Windex contains ammonia solution and this could attack any coating on the lenses. Again finer optics nearly always have coatings.
