Since the acquisition of Tamrac by Gura Gear in 2014 (who themselves have their own history of making highly regarded camera bags and accessories since 2005) the two companies have merged under the Tamrac name. Answer:	I returned mine 16 months ago. I bought it for my T-550. It fit, but it wouldn't connect with Bluetooth. A rep determined it was defective, so I returned it. I did not replace it. I think it should have worked.

Answer:	It comes with a charger and charges just like the tablet does. It holds the charge pretty well. I've had it for a year and a half. Granted, it gets limited use but I have not yet had to plug in the keyboard to charge

Answer:	When you close this case it has a magnet that keeps it closed pretty tight; it's never opened on me when I didn't want it too.
Question:	How thick is the padding on the bottom of the bag? I bought the $50 Professional gear bag and I do not trust placing my lenses against the bottom
Answer:	I usually wipe the keyboard using a, clean, lint-free microfiber cloth that's lightly dampened with only water. Avoid getting moisture directly into any of the openings. Never spray water directly on the keyboard. To remove debris from between the keys, use a can of compressed air.
